“I visited the Customer Care Service 5 days ago due to a concern about a possible situation with my bank account. The individual who assisted me handled the situation with concern, understanding, and expert advise. He considered every aspect of the situation and solved each aspect involved. He also provided follow up to make sure everything was in order and that I was satisfied with those solutions. I would recommend The Bank, N,A, as an outstanding bank to do business with.”
