There was diarrhea all over floor in first stall. No seat covers offered; so have to cover toilet with paper. My 4 yo got food poisoning from eating the pepperoni pizza; stopped three times on way home to accommodate her vomiting. Saving grace is they are conveniently located and have kind and engaging cashiers every time; one even made every effort to speak in Spanish to a client who needed it - just a simple, kind, gesture and that’s worth noting!

The BBQ Pizza I ordered sometime back was really good. The wraps are really good but The BBQ Chicken Wrap not so much. I've had a few of the Sandwiches their Pretty Good. The Taco Pizza is really good. My Family orders that ones in a while. When they don't feel like cooking Dinner. I don't really have a Problem with the Staff. They're doing Good from what I can see. I have tried to get Gas several Months ago. Some of the Pumps were down not all of them. Just a few days ago I've saw the Diesel Pumps down in the back of Casey's. The Truck's weren't to HAPPY about it from what I heard. The Truck's were using bad Language to the Staff. About the pumps weren't working. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your. Gas Pumps from time to time I don't get upset/mad. I just go to a different place to get gas.

Am people are rude. Old guy sits on countertop every morning by the coffee. Evening shift is awesome am shift every time I’ve came in they are rude.

Brenda is the rudest clerk I’ve ever come across. She’s been nasty and unprofessional for years, constantly talking badly about customers right in front of them and even bad-mouthing her own bosses. Instead of doing her job, she gossips, rolls her eyes, and makes everyone feel unwelcome. It’s embarrassing that she’s still employed here, because she’s the last person who should be representing this business.

I visited on Wednesday, August 6th around 2 PM and had to try my card three times because the first two attempts failed. During the third attempt, the employee said, “Have a good day,” which left me confused about whether the payment had gone through. I asked, “Is it done?” but she didn’t give any clear explanation and just ended the interaction. It felt careless and unprofessional. Clear communication would have made a big difference.

Cheese sticks had no cheese and dough was raw not cooked , these employees at this store are unsanitary and chat to much instead of work !!!! Poor management obviously

My husband, daughter, and I were in a wreck leaving the Casey's parking lot. It was cold outside, so my 18 month old daughter and I waited inside while my husband dealt with the wreck. The employees working at the time purchased my daughter a stuffed animal out of their own pockets, brought us out a chair to sit in, and made sure we had water while we waited. They checked on us multiple times, and they also gave us recommendations on where to stay for the night while we figured out a rental car situation. I was so grateful for their kindness and generosity in a scary time!

If I could give zero stars I would. When you’re desperate and have to pee and you see a Casey’s coming up you think you can count on them to have their bathrooms open and not randomly out of order. Totally unacceptable for a large chain gas station. This is why I will always look for a QT or a Loves instead, they are dependable for stuff like that. Casey’s is dead to me.

My first experience with Casey's was in 2006 when I moved from McAlester to Indiana. When I moved back to McAlester I was happy to find a Casey's store because of the great experiences I had with them elsewhere. I don't use the store in McAlester often because it is in a part of town I seldom travel. I noticed lately the standards I enjoyed in Casey's stores are no longer prevalent. I noticed there a constant turn over in employees and the appearance of the store is below par; parking lot not clean, items stacked everywhere and employees acting like they don't have a clue what they are supposed be doing. Their use of numbers to pick up food is a joke, if I'm the only one in line why do I need a number, especially when you don't call out the number when the order is complete? Also, Casey's selection of sandwiches are no longer palatable.
I have been told the standards of the store located in the town I lived in in Indiana have fallen as well. I feel Casey's has expanded so fast the past few years the things that made them a great place to shop are no longer part of the corporate culture.

I would not even rate this store. It is a 0 stars. A man was in the women’s restrooom. I will not be back. The cashier was very rude. That is disgusting to let a man in the women’s restroom. Horrible experience. Have some common sense people. I felt violated and disturbed. ?????
