Went in to get a drink and gave the cashier 20 dollars cash. Tried to short me on my change. I told him I gave him a $20 and he called me a liar. Tried to appease me with $10 after I told him to keep his garbage and just give me my money back. He got more mad at me and told me to leave and never come back. Which I won't. He finally gave me my 20 bucks back after I told him to go look at his camera. Do not go to this place because he will try to screw you over. Greed.

They are the most unprofessional people and very rude I stopped going there because they are rude and have a very nasty mouth they don't respect their customers. I will never shop there ever again I haven't stepped foot in there in the last 3 years and never will as long as they run the place or own the place

absolutely disgusting food and terrible customer service! i used to eat the brisket sandwiches here all the time and they were great. i didn't realize it had been sold and that lovera's doesn't own it anymore, but they kept the same menu. it is absolutely not the same food! i took two bites and had to spit it out. absolutely inedible. something is wrong with the brisket. it has a weird smell and taste. i've never experienced meat like this before. i talked to the owner and he told me i was wrong and refused to refund me. $10 for a foot long sandwich going in the trash. go to lovera's instead.

I've been coming here since I was a little girl! We would ride our bikes down and get a can of pop, some gelato, and a sandwich or slice of pizza. I absolutely love the sandwiches. The staff is really nice. I don't think I'll ever have anything negative to say about this place.
