I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get my prescription refilled. My doctor has called in the refill 4 times. They NEVER answer the phone. I call spoke with the store manager and he went back to the pharmacy and told them to answer the phone. Now I find out I have to wait 2 more days to receive my prescription refill. It is for insulin, what am I to do just not eat until I get it? This location is horrible all of them need to be replaced with people that want their job not this bunch that is useless to the public!! DO NOT USE the location!!

I was actually thinking about switching to y'all instead of Walgreens but if I can't get anybody to answer the phone and I'm on hold for 30 minutes I don't think that's happening

They treat everyone like s**** Had a prescri the other day I had to get filled my copay is ten bucks and they told me it would be 243 bucks. The pharmacist asked me if I ever got a prescription filled there before and I asked him are u not looking at my record I've used u all for the last 3 years . He goes do u have insurance I said dude it's the same damn insurance u filled it on last month. He says oh chuckled and said it will be ten dollars. Some young punk. I called corporate Friday and I'm waiting for a call back and if I don't get one I'm calling again. They work for us not the the way around. I have heard one of the techs sitting there just complaining for the 30 minutes I was sitting there. They are a joke of an operation. Either they need to get better pharmacy managers in there or something and they for sure need to get rid of their whole crew and start over. Telling a customer they can go to Walgreens. I'm just shaking my head. Corporate probably doesnt even know how bad they are. If they send someone in plain clothes in there they would see real quick.

When I moved to McAlester Ok. From Las Vegas my husband and I had been using CVS pharmacy for over 10 years. So I went to CVS pharmacy here in McAlester, Oklahoma to fill my prescription, turned the scrips in and I left and came back after an hour or so and asked if my prescriptions were ready. Candace the pharmacy assistant told me one of the scrips they didn't have and the others weren't ready. I asked how long would it be and if I needed to go home eat dinner and come back. She said, "I don't care what you do, I'm behind and the only one working back here." I said, "well that sounds like a problem you need to talk to your manager about." She then said, "I could take the script they didn't have and get it filled at Walgreens across the street." Then she let me know I could take the rest of my prescriptions over to Walgreens too! She said, "she didn't care what I did." I just looked at her and said that's fine I'll take my prescription over across the street to Walgreens. Through all that, her being so rude to me as a customer the pharmacist just looked at me and said nothing. I went home called the manager at CVS and only the assistant manager was in. I told him what happened and to have the manager call me. I never did get a call from the manager about his clerk in the pharmacy attitude problem. To this day Candace is still working there and I tell everyone why I won't ever spend a dime at this CVS pharmacy in McAlester, Ok. again. Their parking lot is always empty and Walgreens parking lot is always full. That's because of Walgreens awesome hospitality to all of their customers. It's called customer service for a reason, and CVS Pharmacy has none at all.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy ever. I called ahead twice to make sure my prescription was called in and available. The first time I called they said it was not there. I called the prescriber and they said they left a voice message. I called back and they said they were giving flu shots and would check it later. An hour and a half later I pull up to the drive thru window and ask for the medication and give them coupons. I sit and wait to finally be told they were waiting on info from the prescriber. I volunteer to leave and come back. They said 20 min should be good. I come back in 20 minutes and the pharmacy tech says she didn't do anything because they were busy. I told her I would wait but I would not come back To this pharmacy again. The tech said ok. I proceeded to wait in lIne. About 30 more minutes a car behind me leaves. I wait longer. The driver behind me gets out of her vehicle and comes Up to me and asked what was going on. I proceed to explain the situation. She informs me the tech told a customer I refused to leave. This customer knocks on the glass and the tech comes back. I nicely confronted the tech telling her it was disrespectful and rude when she had never asked me to move. The tech informs me that the pharmacist was on the phone again because he didn't understand the milligrams. I requested a phone call and moved to the parking Lot and waited. The tech didn't call I finally pulled back up and she said it is ready. Never again will this CVS get my business.
