The people that work at this location are beyond disgusting and rude. I've never dealt with such gross rude people in my life let alone at a pharmacy. There is a Walgreens across the road from this location - do yourselves a favor and switch your prescriptions and needs to them. Stay away.

I called CVS on 02-13 and I talked to an employee named Hope . I was asking for valentine cards. She put me on hold and was very fast and friendly, Hope said they had them . I went in CVS to pick them up , Hope an her co- worker where very professional and friendly thank you for your service.

I don’t see how they’re still open no one never answers the phone or helps you when you’re in the build . You need to close this place down or hire better help this is ridiculous

Husband has surgery 2hrs away. Post surgery meds are sent at early in the am to CVS (surgery was at 6am) I arrive at 12 :15 (after him being sick the entire drive home and getting him situated at home first), for CVS to say they will have it ready by 2:30pm… The tech was disgusting and trashy, having an attitude. It’s absolutely unacceptable that people can’t receive post surgery medication in a timely manner. The staff needs to be fired, taught manners, check their inbox, do their job; or get LOST…

I was shopping at cvs and the associate that helped me was Arlene. She was very knowledgeable about the items I needed. She was very friendly and went out of her to way to help me find everything I needed. I was running late and was getting frustrated but she helped me.

I am on auto fill but guess what I am out of some of my meds. They don't answer the phone, was on hold for 15 minutes. They have had my order going on 3 days now and I know they got it unless their app is a bunch of bull too. Not the first time this is happened so time to look for another pharmacy to use

This is the third time I have set at the pharmacy window for at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I finally gave up and went inside. I called in a prescription the day before and it was not ready yet.
