Patrick with Dowless Service Co. is one of the last honest and hard working mobile mechanics that I know. I had a situation yesterday where my valve stem cracked and with my sensors, I was able to pull over and save the tire but upon calling Geico, they could not find ANYONE in the area to help so I started calling myself. About the 3rd call was to Patrick and not only did he say he could help, showed up in less than 30 minutes, fully equipped. He proceeded to change out the valve stem for me and replaced the rubber one with a steel one as he said he wouldn't be surprised if more went. He gave me 3 additional valve stems to switch out when I could. about 3 hours an 180 miles later, another one cracked and fortunately I was able to make it to a station where they changed the other 3 over to the steel that he gave me. I will forever be grateful to Patrick and Dowless for that type of service and if I'm ever in the McAlester, OK area and need service, there is NO question who I will call. I highly recommend Patrick and Dowless Service Co!!!

Great customer service, efficient and reasonably priced. Came to my rescue on the side of 69 during high traffic flow when my tire blew out. I got 4 new tires put on in less than an hour. Thank you for making a horrible experience perfect in the long run. Thank you!

My fiance and I had a flat tire traveling back home from a trip in Tulsa. We were far away from any exit and were stuck on the side of the highway. Patrick quickly responded to our phone call and arrived to where we were. He got us fixed up in no time for an amazing price. I highly recommend him to anyone in this situation!

I’m am truly blessed that there are people like Patrick out there !!! Not having many options for our flat tire, we chooses to give Patrick a call and I’m glad we did because he was extremely helpful!!! He said he would get to us in 30 minutes and instead arrived in 15. I definitely recommend you give him a call if you ever in need of service !!!

Patrick saved our vacation! We had a tire on our RV blow out on our way from Houston to Kansas City. Our insurance company’s roadside assistance program couldn’t find anyone to help us! We started calling around ourselves looking for help and fortunately someone gave us Patrick’s name and phone number. Patrick came out and in just a few minutes had us on our way. Unfortunately, a few miles down the road, we had ANOTHER blow out (obviously we had a tire problem). It was now getting late, and help was nowhere to be found. Out of desperation we called Patrick. He came to our rescue with 5 fresh tires and in about a half hour had all 4 tires and a spare mounted and replaced. Without Patrick, I don’t know what we would have done. I’d rate Patrick with 10 stars if I could! Thank you Patrick for saving our vacation!!
