My last few vehicles have been purchased from Lee motors in McAlester and they've been a dream to work with. When my pickup died they had nothing suitable and I couldn't find a decent used truck or SUV anywhere. I'd heard bad things about ezpay but stopped on the McAlester lot where they had several vehicles that appeared to meet our criteria. However the salesperson refused to show us any. Two weeks later we stopped at the sister lot in Muskogee and garla was very helpful. We settled on a Ford explorer and was told it needed some minor repairs before it was ready. Ive bought a couple dozen vehicles over the years and know what to look for. The day we picked it up reverse stopped working. We'd checked on the engine codes previously which were minor. We took the vehicle to the Ford dealership and they found over twenty codes. Some of them had to deal with the transmission which hadn't been showing previously. The dealership couldn't get us in for three months but told us it was ok to drive. They suggested a flush and fill. The explorer has a sealed transmission. On our next trip to Muskogee we stopped at two different transmission places to see about getting it done. They looked at the vehicle found no leaks. One didn't work on sealed transmission the other had a two month waiting list. On the way home the vehicle slowed to 25 and I immediately pulled over and called a tow. It took a week for ezpay to approve sending it to their lot and then over the weekend to arrange a tow once we were given the address. When we stopped in town to make sure the vehicle got there the transmission mechanic told us that he had rebuilt the transmission between the test drive and had been supposed to replace the sensors and solenoid but forgot. A week later we were told that we had put a hole in the transmission pan which didn't make sense seeing how two separate transmissions places looked at it that day. Then they said the solenoid was melted. Two weeks later we were called at 9 am on a Monday and told it was ready to pick up. We live 40 miles from town and my son was going to drive it home from work to make sure it was ok and I would take him the next day. At 4 pm I called to ask them to leave the keys in it so he could use keyless entry. At that point we were told they test drive it that day and the transmission seal was leaking and had to be redone. Failure to let us know is typical of the communication here. For the first month of repairs the shop didn't have a public phone number. Three days later we called and we're told they destroyed the bushings and they had to be replaced. Monday I called and said I needed the vehicle by noon Wednesday to go to a doctor's appointment and got a runaround. Today Wednesday I called the McAlester office as I've been instructed to do and got hung up on. First I was told that vehicle ain't going nowhere without a tow truck and then was told that I'm not their customer so why the f am I calling. I was finally given a number for the shop and they hung up on me ten times in a row. I called garla back in Muskogee as my payment s due today. I have the money but am hesitant to throw it away if they're not going to fix the vehicle. She told me that they're waiting on a torque converter which was backordered but delivered today. That's the first we've been told about the torque converter. Last Friday we were told that the holdup was a knob for the heater that was on backorder. That's why I wanted to pick the vehicle up so I could take care of my medical appointment. The mechanic this morning told me that they're waiting on a part that's on backorder for three months before he hung on me. I called back ten times and each time they answered without saying anything and hung up on me. We live 40 miles from town on a working farm. Both my husband and I are disabled. I've had to give up one part time job and don't know how long I can keep the other. In the last month we've spent 250 on rental cars

I'm going to be straight up and to the point about EZ Pay. This particular place like others have 2 jobs and that's to sale you a quality vehicle and to "fix" whats broken. If I could close this place down I would!!!! They lie about the quality of the car they LIE about the approximation on the completion of finishing your vehicle and when your parts come it. Look, I could seriously go on and on about this joke of a place but I'll just stop here and say with ALL SERIOUSNESS " BUYER BE WARE!!!!
