“Awesome gym with an awesome, knowledgeable owner! They are intentional to create a comfortable environment for everyone. They make everyone feel welcome. A great place to reach any fitness goal for all ages.I was in town from the east coast and the owner went out of his way to get me a guest pass and let me into the gym on a Sunday afternoon.”

“I went to try it the CrossFit class. I was super nervous with no experience but they quickly reassured me and helped me get settled in. It was fast paced but my instructor and other people in the group were super helpful. It was a good experience and I plan to attend more in the future.”

“We just signed up at this gym a few days ago. The young guy that signed us up was really polite and nice. They have a nice amount of equipment in there to help get you huge! It is clean and I have not bumped into any douchebags yet. I look forward to to going to this gym and getting huge! Thanks Fassio's for doing a great job replacing the awesome gym I left back home.”

“Nice track. Would be nice to have more lighting. Overall pretty laid back track to walk, Jog, Run or Cycle. Dogs have to be on a leash. Even has a playground on the south side for the kiddos to relax.”

“Restricted access (DOD post access required). Very good military gym-especially for the serviced population size. Good free weight, cardio, and machine areas. Many types of Crossfit equipment available (although limited open area for it--can be worked around in the basketball court by moving protective pads into position). Very good basketball court (to include the nostalgia of visiting units' artwork) and racquetball court. There is also a one mile paved track right outside the gym. Good track, although it is not lighted so take that into consideration. Mike Deak / Dale Covington lighted 1 mile track in McAlester is what I use to get my mileage without having to worry about a vehicular sideswipe. Note the hours--a bit eclectic, but the population it normally services is also not the "normal" Army populace.”
