“We found out last night that we needed a Certificate of Insurance that named the City of Tulsa as an additional insured to complete the special event permit we were seeking from the city. We emailed Anna at around 7:30 PM telling her of our need and the quick turnaround we needed (this was Thursday night and the event was the next Monday).I got a call from Anna at 8:15 Friday morning and we had the COI to the city by 3:30 PM.
