ADA accessible toilet out of order, isn't fixed or a projected date posted. Should be catering to all of the customers vs the able body...

1st time since i moved here that someone actually helped me find what i needed in plumbing. Previously, my experience was poor, employee would say oh its on Isle # and walk off. But my last visit was super positive. Thank you sir for all your help.

My father called me and let me know his water heater is leaking. No problem I just got online and ordered one from Lowes to be delivered. Done simple...It didn't show up. I called and found out the ship date was next month. My bad ill just cancel that order and order one for pick up. Done simple...My father arrived and was told they don't have it until next month. Ok simple just cancel that and get one off the shelf and I'll pay over the phone.... Nope my card is locked because it takes 24 hours to return my money. Now my dad has to return home to no hot water. Thanks Lowe's I really wanted more issues on top of leaking water heater.

I was in to purchase a new bathroom faucet and a smart thermostat. The associate explained both products to me and helped me make sure I was getting the correct models of each.

My last experience with you guys wanting to overcharge me and other customers, reading past comments on overage on labor and materials...I have a 12x12 room needing carpet...lowes came out to measure and then tells me it is 12x13 is what Im going to pay for but you will get your 12x12 installed...Excuse#1, "we always order 10%over..."Carpet is 12 wide and 12 deep, no cuts will be made, its a square so how am I paying for 12sqft I do not need or will use...Excuse#2, "Lowes sub contracts out everything, will have the crooked contractor do the job once you pay Us for ripping you off...Tell me again Lowes how this is okay? Seems this is a trend to cheat people out of their hard earned money by deception...

I have always had great experiences here. And the employees are actually pretty knowledgeable about what they are in charge of.

I could live in Lowes lol. Always have everything I need and so much more I want! Awesome store! Only thing that drives me crazy is as many people that work there, I ALWAYS have to walk around forever to find someone in a certain Department. Other than that, once I finally find their ALWAYS really helpful!

The return policy sucks specially when you buy big appliances and they quit literally not even two months after you buy them so do what you will. I’ve had my floors done by them. They totally messed them up and that’s two times they did that their floor people totally tore up my Baseboards and they didn’t come back and fix them and then now this with the dryer that I bought not even two months ago so I’m stuck with the dryer. I won’t deal with Lowe’s anymore and a lot of people in my town are getting tired of them too. gave them two stars because it is the only big place we have in my little town, which sucks

I wish I could give this establishment NO STARS. I bought a refrigerator for over $1200 and paid them to come in and set it up. First off, the people they had come out to install it have ZERO common sense, ended up putting it in incorrectly & the messed up the tube for the ice maker. Its been leaking under my floor since. So NOW, I have a kitchen floor to completely redo. Way to go Lowe's! You suck. Also, you should consider hiring people who are actually competent && can do they're job.

Went in for an estimate on a tile project. 620 square feet to be installed. They added 120 square feet to the estimate. Addind over $1300.00 to the job. They want me to pay labor on 10% overage on the job. Also other mystery charges. Local access fee $300.00?Go else where they will rip you off.The corporate offices did the estimate on flooring. The said charging labor on overages ordered was the industry standard. Thats bull! Contractors in Oklahoma do not do this. You either charge a dollor amount for an estimate or charge by the square foot. The macalester team just does what the corporate offices tell them. It's your stupid policy and RIP off.Found a local contractor to do the job at 1/2 the lowes estimated cost!
