“I went to three FEDEX stores before finally finding this place. I needed to send back my AT&T modem. When I walked into the store there were three very tentive employees all eager to help me get my equip. shipped out. I told them my aggrevation with the amount of time it took me to find a FEDEX store that could help me. They apologized although, in my opinion, this is the fault of AT&T - they should tell customers that only certain locations take unboxed equipment. Anyway - I must say that this was my most fun FEDEX experience I have ever had. The team was playful with one another, which I appreciate a good team that has fun at work but still gets the job done. They were eager to help and attentive to their customer. They were all very polite - which is rare these days. Overall, I cant wait to ship something out again and I will never go to another FEDEX as long as I shall live...in Lake Mary. Please send my best wishes for a great New Year to this awesome crew.”
