Only reason I am giving one star is because you can't leave negative stars, Went in there today over my husbands phone having issues, 2 time in the store after spending an hour on the phone with tech service I was told by the little blonde girl that her hands were tied on helping me, that she could get her manager, I told her to get her manager and she told me she didn't appreciate my attitude, well needles to say, my attitude got worse, stood in there for 35 minutes and never got to speak to or got help from the manager, needles to say I walked out and called corporate, finally got some help with my problem ,it got solved by the customer service tech, if you have any problems with your service best bet is to drive to Ada or call customer service, I won't be going back to that store anytime soon and suggest no one else either

Set up a watch online with sales rep. Went to store to get the watch. Spent over 3 hrs in store only to find out they couldn't do what the sales rep said. Gave me my money back then I received a bill for a service I never even received. The young lady in the store was friendly and apologetic but the customer service online and on phone and the store policies are horrible. I would never do business with this company.

We went into T-Mobile in Mcalester Ok. What fantastic service they gave. Kimberly was the one taking care of us. What a very great representative for T-Mobile. We were so disgusted walking in, a very bad experience with Metro. Kimberly took over and worked miracles for us. What we told her what we were looking for, she produced it to us. Kimberly went up and beyond making sure we were happy. We walked out being T-Mobile customers, never again, even after 20 years with Metro, will we ever go back to Metro. Thank you T-Mobile, a special thank you to Kimberly.

My wife and I went to T-mobile after a bad experience with Metro Pcs in Muskogee OK. Kimberly was our Sales Rep and she was very knowledgeable about the products that T-mobile had to offer. Any questions we had she had the answers. We walked out of T-mobile with a new phone carrier. After 20 yrs with Metro we switch to T-mobile. Kimberly was great. Thank you Kimberly and thank you T-mobile.

Made fake promises that they would pay my final bill at uscellular and now will not. I spoke face to face with multiple employees the day I switched and questioned how the payment is made for the previous internet coverage provider and they laid out how to do it. I now come in and am told they will not honor their promises. Service is great but the lack of morals and integrity in their business model makes it not worth it.

The service is better than us cellular but there are hidden charges. If you don’t keep asking questions they will not tell you. Then one person will tell you one thing while another says different. My only worry now is how much my first bill will be even though they told me one price. I’m sure it will be much more. And now that I switched there is nothing I can do anyways. BE CAUTIOUS

Employees won't even attempt to help you. Just argue and say it can't be done (even though customer support specified you had to go to store) they just say they can't help you over and over again. Walmart is an authorized T-Mobile dealer and was able to quickly do exactly what our towns actual T-Mobile store said couldn't be done. ???? What a joke!
