I’ve had a couple issues with Vyve since I’ve had them for two years one of which is the cable in the backyard that has numerous times had to be replaced because the numerous times that I’ve asked them to bury it has been ignored and it’s a high traffic area where the cable runs through.But it’s not their fault it’s a whole separate entity that buries the cables. If anyone out there needs a job burying cables. I bet Vyve Broadband would be hiring because they are severely short of help burying cables Godspeed.

The lady who set up our internet was very friendly and walked us through the whole process and explained everything very clearly. In the past 3 months the internet has been great and only went down once, all we had to do was reset the modem and it was back up. Definitly recommend based on our experience so far.

I wish there was a no star review. The money grabbers at Vyve decided that I needed one of their modems to make my internet work. Well it still didn't work and they put back my modem and then they charged me for months of modem use and refuse to take it off the bill. It had been 3 months with sketchy connection so I changed to another. I called Vyve and they still want money for the modem that didn't work and another month of service for something I am not using.

How about ya provide a tech on call for evenings and weekends...school...work...entertainment...it all revolves around your service... and now I have to lose money from leaving work to deal with your problem...thats not customer service

If you think you can't afford fiber internet look no further, look into the ACP program. Also the service is phenomenal I'm getting 93/31mbs. The technician knew exactly what he was doing and got the job done quickly and wasted no time. He had us up and running in probably 2-3 hours. Mind you, that's running a line from the pole across the street to the opposite side of my house and setting up my router and testing the service.

The staff of Vyve Broadband is great. However, their business practices are awful. They don't care about their infrastructure at all. They don't maintain it. I can go from amazing speeds to abysmal speeds. Sometimes the abysmal speeds last for hours at a time. In either case, it makes the internet nearly unusable. I've fought with Vyve for months to look more deeply into the internet instability in the area but they don't care. They just want to try to fix it at your home and when there's nothing wrong at your home they just shrug and say tough luck. I work from home, I stream, and my family uses streaming services heavyily. Once we have a fiber option in my part of town they will lose me as a customer immediately because their quality of service is unacceptable and they don't care to remedy that clearly. I pay for their 1 Gig plan and another add-on to run game servers and get awful service.

Helpful service and great packages. I got my mom signed up but unfortunately, they don't service my area right off the highway :(

Signal drops 4 or 5 times a day if not more. When you call they just wanna reset it from the office. When you do get someone to come out it has to be a time frame like 11 to 3 on a work day. So you miss hours of work for them to not even show up until 5 and wonder why you aren't there.
