I would just like to say I am so sad I have buried both of my parents but I am so glad I will never have to deal with this awful bank again. They are some of the most rude and pretentious awful customer service people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my life.
As an organization they are incompetent and love hidden fees. Every location I have gone to has just been absolutely rude in this area. From Chandler to Mcloud.
I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN A BANCFIRST AGAIN

We switched to Bancfirst after running into a monster amount of "fees" with our previous bank. And on overdrafts.... well Bancfirst continues to state (their policy is..) drafts and debits are always taken after deposits. So, no matter the time of the deposit, if the deposit is made within the same day, your debit/payment will be taken afterwards. ??

I tried to used the Atm to withdraw cash. I am no an account holder at this bank but attempted to use it for my convenience as i needed cash in Mcloud & my nearest home bank is not in the area. The Atm not only kept my bank card, but also did mot issues the money i tried to withdrawl BUT removed the money from my account! I reported the issue immediately, before even leaving the ATM actually because of course i didnt want a malfunction issuing my card to the next person in line or issuing them my cash. The Banc first tells metheir ATM must be out of order & there is nothing they can do i need to contact my own bank!?
So let me get this straight, tried to use another bank for convenience, paying their convenience fee since i dont bank there, they take my money & my card which results in ME having to pay for a new card for THEIR malfunction? & now my cash is in limbo?? I wouldnt be this angry if it were a $20 transaction but it was well over that amount! Most people do not have hundreds of dollars to be sitting in limbo, possibly for up to 90 DAYS for your company's malfunction.
& for me to be told there is nothing they can do is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. How about i take hundreds of dollars from your account & its MY FAULT & tell you to wait!
Do NOT use banc first for any of your banking needs, apparently they like to steal money & not return it in a timely manner. & will notbown up to their own mistakes & reslove them in a timely manner.

Wow I'm impressed the women at the drive thru today, there was an issue with my husband cashing a check but they were so nice and so professional about it.im still kinda shocked. Way to go ladies thank you!!
