I called them first and asked the normal questions and told them they were my first call and I wanted to check around before I committed. The lady was very understanding and told me a few questions to ask to avoid any surprises. After making a few calls I called Forever Quality Movers back and went with them. I scheduled a date but had to call back 2-3 days later and move the date back. They gave us a couple of options and asked what worked best for us and we selected a date. The day before the move I saw a call from them and I thought, great, they need to cancel. Instead they wanted to know if they could start earlier on the moving date which was fine by us. On moving day they arrived and immediately went to work. There were three of them and they worked fast and hard, being very careful of our belongings. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience. If I move again, (but I hope we don’t) I would not hesitate one second before calling them again. Great people make a great experience and they sure delivered. Very impressed.”
