The pumps don't work with credit cards. We've stopped twice recently and wasted a bunch of time trying to get them to work.

The guy they got working in there now far worse than anyone working in there previous, and that's not saying very much. Last time I'll go in there until I find out they got someone that halfway cares about a job they are being paid for. Going to end up shutting that place down cause they don't want to pay anyone. And I be Damm if I give my money to people so cheap. Unbelievable!!!!!

Called twice around 12am. It says they're open 24hrs. It would be nice if they'd answer the phone. I guess I will go somewhere else

8/14/23 18:15 Went in to relieve myself and saw a really nasty restroom! Seems that the floor hasn't been mopped in months, no soap in the dispenser or paper towels. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the young lady at the counter was nice

My partner went in for coffee at 8am and the coffee was all out. He pointed it out to the clerk who was playing on his phone, didn't even look up from the counter, laughed about it and said ok, then continued playing on his phone instead of brewing more coffee

Buyer beware, check the dates on what you buy. We stopped in and bought some snacks and drinks, well needless to say the cookies expired in Sept. Of 2021!!! I pray I don't get sick from this. Called to let the worker know andshe sounded like she wasn't surprised and just said I'll let my manager know. Hopefully they pulled them off the shelf

I was skeptical. To say the least, about this place after reading reviews about the filth and rudeness of employees. I was pleasantly surprised. We were promptly greeted by the employee (don't know her name, but she had pink hair), the bathrooms were clean, although old, but seemed sanitary. Upon checkout, the employees was quick and polite. The parking for semis is pretty small, but we arrived about 5:30 pm and had several parking spots to choose from.

Workers to lazy to clean the bathrooms…I’ve seen porta-potties that were cleaner…never going to stop there again .apparently the owners are trash also since they won’t do anything about it

Not trucker friendly. I suggest park in the back and walk across the street to Loves to refill your drinks and or brush your teeth. You're not permitted to do either here.I want to add some context to this, this here is a story to pass down for generations to come.So before you take sides and tell me, "he's just fighting the war on Covid"... sit down and read on.I walk into the store and head to the restroom and the clerk stops me. He says in a very demanding tone "You can't brush your teeth, shave, or clean up in there, that's a bathroom!"I stop, process what was told to me (it's 5 AM and I'm ready for bed) ... smile, nod, and say "ok, I'll just use the bathroom then"... I start to turn toward the bathroom entrance and then louder says "you can't take your backpack into the bathroom!" Omg! What is this high school... holy moly.My co-driver comes in and heads to the drinks station. The clerk again gets excited "I can't let you refill your drinks either!"We went to Loves to spend money.Oh yeah, the covid thing... the clerk was not wearing a mask while performing policy enforcement duty.

I made the mistake of stopping to buy a fountain drink from this place, The foam cups are so thin my thumb almost went through it just pulling one to fill, After spending an hour looking for a straw, I noticed the cup did have a tear in it. So besides making a big mess or just throwing the whole thing away I just grabbed another to put over it. I proceed to go to the register to pay and then Wala! The guy working the counter hands me two straws, then proceeded to tell me he’s charging me double, talking to me in a tone as if I didn’t have the money to afford it.I know the competition across the street might have a line and take a little longer getting in and out- but that’s where I will definitely be going from here on out.So much for trying to help a small business.

I took $.25 out of the extra change, and the cashier took the money out of my check when purchasing gas. Yes go get her teeth fixed worried about customers taking change for their purchase

Horrible place to stop at. Cashier looks and acted like she on drugs cussing for no reason i would not bring my daughter there ever. Extremely mad
