it never ceases to amaze me how bad the government ran delivery service can be... any normal business that operated as poorly as the postal service would go bankrupt almost overnight.. Mcloud mail service is as bad as I have ever seen.

I have lived at the same address for 50 years.
Yes, we have had sometimes when the road was washed but have pulled gravel and dirt back into the washed area. At no time has it been impassable. When a Cadillac, Camaro and a Mercedes can pass on it why is it impassable for a mail carrier. Also if they would not drive 40 mile an hour on a gravel road maybe they could pass over the road. Is it possible you need to hire someone older who is not afraid of their driving skills.
I am 75 years old and get my medications and equipment "diabetic" through the mail. When and if I do not receive the medication and equipment I could die.
Why should I be required to put my mailbox 1/4 mile away from my house with chance of my mail being stolen?
Like I stated before I have lived at this address for 50 plus year
have had NO problems until now.

I ordered nicotine lozenges for my spouse the post office admitted delivery to another home all they said to me was The postseason will try to get back the box but call the company have them send another package. I wish I knew who took them just to ask for it back myself. Wish it was handled alittle better like my stuff mattered. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us!

Did change of address, 2 weeks later still nothing, called before 9:30am they informed me my mail was still there, they would be sending it out that day, 3 days later still nothing,Called again, got a bunch of excuses10 to 14 days, I informed them I filled out the form 14 days ago,

If I could give it negative stars I would. Doesn’t open when they say they’re open, usually only has one person working there. Worst post office. Never answers their phones either

So tired of USPS laziness, what a waste of tax dollars. One person from the Mcloud office went above and beyond to help me but she is the only one. The delivery drivers are lazy, and prices are rediculous

I don't typically complain about this post office. Today I'm going to because the tracking is wrong. I got an email that package couldn't be delivered because my mailbox was full. I went to check my mailbox and it was empty. The post office won't answer the phone either. I need that package today!!
Update: Went to post office to get package. It was there, and the employee said she was the only one. They need another person on staff so the phones can be answered. I'll change my review to 2 stars.

This post office is the worst, I was supposed to receive a package today and even got a message saying it was delivered in/ at the mailbox. Mind you I live in Dale a small town, and my package was never delivered! Even checked the church because they like to put our package at the church more times than not, and it wasn't even there, and none of the neighbors have turned up with it either.

The Mcloud Post Office is declining in services and has been for some time now. The complaint I have is the phones purposely not being answered.I assume because the complaints of service is the majority of the calls.

They honestly don't even deserve one star. Never "attempt" to deliver my package, they just refuse to. I live on a dirt road so they must not want to get their Cherokee dirty. Worst post office I have ever had. Stop being lazy and deliver people's mail, no wonder you'll be out of jobs before long.
