Love bancfirst but worth it to drive to Shawnee. Meeker branch is not good as all the reviews would suggest. I was exchanging some large bills for smaller ones. The other lady working drive through sent me back $10 short of what I sent in. When I sent it back and asked them to check it Kathy looked at it for about 3-5 minutes and said “I don’t know how much money you think you sent in but it’s all here. I saw her add the $10 to it before saying that. Then I replied well their may be now but their wasn’t cause I counted it 3 times. Then she said well then you counted wrong and did pointed to her head and swirled her fingers I would assume meaning that I was crazy or stupid. Very disappointing as I have been a bancfirst customer for over 20 years.

Choose a different branch. Called to address an issue with my account and the people at this location made light of the situation, laughed inappropriately while trying to get this situation resolved, failed to resolve the situation by hanging up. As a former customer service rep for RCB Bank I am appalled at the gross neglect of an account holder, lack of professionalism, and failure to address a customers issue appropriately.
