I would not recommend this shop! I took him my car in November 2023. He said the timing chain needed to be replaced. Charged me $1000 upfront. He disassembled part of the engine and then would not work on it from then on. My car sat in his lot from November 2023 to July 2024. Every time I went by the shop or called he would give me some excuse as to why he could not get started and finish it, he would tell me as soon as the lift is open, he would get my car in next. It never happened. I had to pick my car up with a trailer. When I asked for my $1000 back he once again began to give excuses. Now I have a car that does not run and I am short $1000.

The only reason I am leaving a one is because I don't want any one else to waste there time or money with these people They were supposed to replace my muffler factory from the motor back to the end and they called 4 times arguing about whether we wanted it done or not. Which we told them We needed it done because it's throwing codes. They wasted our time on the 1st day, the 2nd day. They wouldn't even answer the phone or anything else. And when we went over there, they setting around talking a still had not work on my truck so I picked it up and taking it to a real reliable shop

I would give negative stars if I could. In my opinion I would think twice about using this shop for any work you need done. This mechanic did unauthorized work to my car that has now left me without a running car. I ended up having to take him to small claims court and won my case on 3/14/24. In my opinion encourage you to look up Roger Channon on OSCN before you consider this business. Hopefully Roger does the right thing and pays his judgment and pays what is owed to me. If not I will have no choice but to take him back to court to enforce the judgment.

My new fuel filter was replaced with a dirty one that was zip tied on, kept my truck for 6 weeks and after removing my new part still charged me 301 dollars. I’m in awe this happens here! Be aware please!

I had a GREAT experience with Roger, & Floyd, at Five Star! I dropped my truck off for brake repair and not only did they repair the brakes, but they took initiative to troubleshoot another issue (vacuum hoses leaking and O2 sensor), and quoted the price to me verbally for repair approval. Quick repairs too! They recently moved to a new location near McArthur rd & Hwy 177 in Shawnee. They went above & beyond my expectations and I hope this review helps you to choose them. Highly recommend ? ? ? ? ?!

Well I used this business for many yearsHowever I took my vehicle there by wrecker February the 6th.Took a few parts off the engine.Had it until the end of April by wrecker to my house and my son fixed it himself with my knowledge in 2 days.And it only took us 1 week to get parts.He kept telling me he was waiting on parts.All I know for sure is that he used to take care of business a lot better then he does now.Everything I would go check on the progress he was working on everyone else's cars.Done me very wrong the last vehicle I took there.I do not recommend this businessI used to but not now.
