If I could give them less than one star I would. I walk in there and have my mother on the phone who is the authorized user of the account but yet they can't seem to transfer my phone number to my own account. The staff were not helpful. The worker at the counter had no idea what he was doing so he asked the manager to come over and the manager was nothing but rude. Honestly makes me not even want to use AT&T services for my phone I'm looking into something different tomorrow
