“I had a great experience with purchasing a vehicle here and would definitely recommend Colton to my family and friends seeking a new vehicle. The only problem I had was the truck I purchased was driven by another salesman there for personal use (not Colton) and he had his dog in the truck and dog hair was everywhere. That being said it was very difficult to get the majority of dog hair out of my truck after hours of cleaning which should’ve never been there in the first place. Management should have a policy in place where they shouldn’t allow this to happen just like they wouldn’t allow a salesperson to smoke in a vehicle that is on the lot for sale”

Prices are ok, I mean you can find parts cheaper on the web but then you have to wait a few days and most times you need it right then, unfortunately no price match for prices on the web, but will price match with other auto parts stores in town, also will give Veterans discount.”

“We unexpectedly hit a deer on our way out of town… on a Sunday. As most people, we were understandably upset. We bought our car a few months before and this was the last thing we wanted. We got our car to Estes the next day (Monday) and by Wednesday our insurance was sorted, estimate handled, and parts for repair ordered. We were notified each week about the repair process and we just picked up our car. Good as new. It’s as if the incident never happened. We are grateful to Estes for taking care of our car so quickly and so well!”
