Nayeli Aguilar, is the greatest bank person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is always willing to take time to explain things to me about the bank web site and has always been cheerful and kind no matter how many times she has to explain it. She makes City National Bank a pleasure to work with.

Im leaving this in regards to the way the Senior Branch Manager Branch Nayeli Aguilar handled a situation that took place at this banking center inside of Miami OKs local Walmart. I came in having concerns about a transaction made the previous day. I was meet with the most hateful and unhelpful attitude I've ever come across with a Teller. I proceed to ask about the $5,000 transaction that was falsely taken from my account the previous day. The Senior Branch Manager Nayeli Aguilar told me there was nothing the bank can do because there was no receipt given from the teller the previous day. I ask the Senior Branch Manager Nayeli Aguilar how could nothing be done the money shows taken from my account but it was never given to me. I asked her again is there anything we can do to fix the issue The Senior Branch Manager Nayeli Aguilar insisted that there was nothing that they could do and offered no further assistance on the issue and almost seamed pleased by my worry and concer that the $5,000 may not be returned to my account. I sat in the phone with my bank for 45 min trying to resolve the issue while still at the bank in Walmart. That's when the Senior Branch Manager Nayeli Aguilar came to check her phone sitting on the table next to me when she did I asked her why and how is this possible and why is she being so nasty about it. She then told me the only thing I can do is file a dispute from my bank. I feel this Senior Branch Manager Nayeli Aguilar is not repersenting this company in a light in which it make its customers feel comfortable trusting the establishment or its employees with their Banking Needs, along with every employee this person trains will have this type of training given. I would like to added that I came back the next day to get the name of all parties involved for the complaint that was filed and also the dispute that was filed steming from this incident. I was met by the Senior Branch Manager asking if she could help assist me I politely decline but ask for the names of the other involved in which she denied the other names. I then asked to speak with the assistant Manager Amy Haile that was standing next to her. The Assistant Manager Amy Haile met me with kindness, curiosity, and concern for the matter and told me give her a min and she would make some phone calls to see if she can find a resolution for my issue. The Assistant Manager Amy Haile was on the phone a matter of minutes and had the issue resolved and the $5,000 was returnedto me. I pray this reaches someone that can help this Branch I would hate for this to happen to someone else again. I felt as if I was being robbet buy a legal gang with cameras everywhere and there was nothing I could do about it. I would like to thank the Assistant Manager Amy Hailw for her assistance and speedy action bringing a resolution to my worrisome issue.

A..... + this team. They were quick and accurate. Very friendly. They were knowledgeable. And on top of their game.Also scored one of these referral program shirts. Absolutely love it. I've had crazy amount of compliments on it. It's comfortable. And looks outstanding.

Very poor service they will close your card and then say they can't reopen it so you can get your money even after telling you they will let you do a one time with draw

I have been a customer of City National Bank in Miami for about 15 years. I have always thought highly of the employees as they go above and beyond for their customers. The Branch Manager Nayeli Aguilar has recently set my husband and I up with a loan to repair our home. Nayeli did a wonderful job and as always exceeded my expectations in getting this done! Nayeli is great at what she does and is always there to help any way she can.Thank you Nayeli?
