Had the worst customer service today. My husband and I went in to see if they could help me with my phone and the store manager in Miami was so rude. He acted like he couldn't care less and was completely uninterested in helping me figure out a solution. I definitely won't go back to that store for help with my cricket phone.

Megan was extremely helpful and NICE! It's hard to find good customer these days and this is not the first time I've had phone trouble and these folks have gone out of their way to help me solve my problem.

So even if your the only authorized user for your account. Someone with your info an knowledge of you can go in an change your plan WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT OR PERMISSION an cancel Your phone an get it shut off in 1 day over some petty bull so your left without any service. I'm not sorry. Your losing a long term customer of years after what happened yesterday. Ridiculous. Read the fine print. Your new updated terms an services take away your rights as well.

I had the absolute best experience at this store and I just have to say thank you to the employees here! They all were very helpful with suggesting what would be the best items for me since I was switching from a 10 year old phone. Dealing with me couldn't have been the easiest and Meghan was kind and willing to help, as was the manager Daniel who set my phone up and brought my contacts over to the new phone. Thank you, thank you thank you!

These guys really know their phones and service too. They are the Best customer service representatives I have come across in a long time. I highly recommend everyone go down and see if they can help you out with your phone service.
