Overall it was pretty horrible, I learned that the trade in value of my old phone had more than doubled in price
Which will make ezwireless almost not even worth the trouble with service and internal components of phone itself slow ram storage etc
I'm inching closer and closer to the perks of a different carrier

Staff was great. Although I was the first customer, and 3 people got done and out before me. Had to change my number, because I had 5 days to recertify, and went in on the 5th day and still couldn't keep my number. And now my service is 98% worse than with my old number. Have not been able to make a phone call out, or receive any calls for over 2 years! Don't get half my messages and can't hear my voice mail in over 2 years. Not happy with service at all. But I have no other providers to choose from. Sad in Oklahoma!

My experience with easy wireless has been pretty awesome. I've had my account for approximately almost a year and a half and I've only had a couple of issues. But they took care of it right away. The customer service has always been the best the people are so nice and don't hesitate to help. So my overall experience with easy wireless is two thumbs up.
I think and appreciate you easy wireless for being there with my phone and provided me with the service that I can afford

Two of the worker was so rude and the girl LIDE TO ME SAYING THAT U CAN TOO UP FOR $10.00 AND IT WOULD BE UNLIMITED UNTIL YOU GET SO MANY GIGS AND THEN IT WOULD JUST SLOW DOWN NOT STOP maybe she don't know the difference between the word slow down and stop worst experience store I've ever been into with those workers call the company told them and they condone these workers working there and stuff that they say. Even though the workers lie to you because I don't tell you all the information

They helped me get a phone in about 20 minutes. I never even planned to go there. I was walking to casino and see the sign and automatically went inside. It was cool inside. I got to take a break from walking and meet some cool people there. Not the employees a few people come in after me and while I was waiting for my phone. We had a strange conversation about who I was. I didn't know the guy but he knew me. Or my dad. But it ended with me still not knowing that guy but I have a working phone. I'm actually using it write this review. I'm very thankful and I really like the phone. But the phone number is really hard to remember. Thanks easy wireless. I seriously needed the phone mine was stolen about a week ago. God works in Mysterious way.
