We unexpectedly hit a deer on our way out of town… on a Sunday. As most people, we were understandably upset. We bought our car a few months before and this was the last thing we wanted. We got our car to Estes the next day (Monday) and by Wednesday our insurance was sorted, estimate handled, and parts for repair ordered. We were notified each week about the repair process and we just picked up our car. Good as new. It’s as if the incident never happened. We are grateful to Estes for taking care of our car so quickly and so well!

Had some bodywork done and was blown away by the service. They not only did a great job on the repairs, but also detailed and washed my truck — it looked like I was picking up a brand new vehicle! They even replaced a blinker light without me asking. That kind of attention to detail really stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back here if I ever need bodywork done again. Highly recommend!

The first time I used Estes collision, I knew I had a body shop for life. They were excellent. Their work is superb and they take good care of your vehicle and they return it cleaned inside and out. I was in need of their services again and once more they did not disappoint. It is evident they have real professionals working at the shop. They do beautiful work and I greatly appreciate the time and the effort they put into my vehicle. I also had it back in a week which is outstanding. The service is top notch from the front door to the end. I recommend nobody but Estes.
