I do not wish to slander anyone, so I will just share my direct experience. Went there yesterday to have a leaky tire fixed. Left the vehicle there to go to work close by. Came by later in the evening (after hours) to pick up the vehicle, drove off the lot and immediately had a flat in the wheel that was fixed. Went to another tire shop the next day and was told that the patch that was put on, was small and was not put on right that's why it failed. I called Robertson tire. They were very friendly and apologetic, but unfortunately the quality of the repair was poor.

This shop is a good place to visit for tire and other vehicles needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pretty good prices.
And even though they are slightly short staffed right now, they try really hard to get you in and taken care of and on your way.
I highly recommend this shop! The new service writer/ Advisor, is very helpful.
The tech's are also very helpful and friendly. The store manager is a pretty knowledgeable guy and nice too.
Next time you need tires or tire work or an oil change or maybe some other kind of work done on your ride, give them a call.

The shop manager contacted me and we work things out and he understands why the rating was with low at that time but we got it straight. I’m redoing it and making a five star rating Hank Downum.

If you ever put a new water pump on a 2012 Toyota RAV4 with a V6, you know it's a big chore. And I was not up to doing it myself. It took them four and a half hours. It would have taken me twelve hours or longer even if I had the right tools and equipment. Which I did not. Thanks guys for a great job.
