To the people in the Miami area who have US Cellular and then have gone to T-Mobile with the buyout I just wanted to post to say thank you to Malik. We were in there in his office and we were there over three hours and he handled all of the complications that we had with US Cellular and the transfer over to T-Mobile. I not only have a personal account but I have a business account and he was able to resolve multiple issues there at the store as far as I am concerned if the Customer Service at T-Mobile represents the accountability, the integrity and the knowledge that Malik has it will be a good transfer in a good thing and I wanna go out and thank Malik for all of his work and help. I waited for the survey but the survey never came so that’s why I’m posting this on their site. Thank you, greg”
