Terrible business, charges $20 to pay over the phone, $5 to pay online with debit card, and $10 to pay as "a guest" online. Thought I had paid off my loan was waiting to receive my lien release (had not received any more statements). Called to check and was told I had a balance still on it, after being transferred twice. After the third time I was transferred I wanted to pay it off and that's when I was informed it is a $20 charge. This company really preys on their customers.*Edit in response to the business reply. I have been using a method that does not cost to make a payment. I was trying to pay off the remaining balance that I thought was already paid, since I stopped receiving statements for my loan after making what I thought was the final payment. When I called to inquire about the lien release it was then I was informed their was still a remaining balance. The bill pay I use to make free payments takes days to transfer the money, so I have to add in the interest for the time it takes for the payment to be received. Along with the interest I accrued when statements stopped being sent to me for no reason, since apparently the loan was not paid off. Again it should not cost to make an immediate payment you are already profiting from interest from the consumer.

trying to call too get a PAYOFF is almost impossible. I dobnt understand why you have to wait almost 10mins to get someone on the phone.

**update** (2 stars to 4 stars.) I spoke with member relations as recommended by the business reply to my comment. Problem solved. On hold for 15 minutes. But worth the wait. They were able to email me my lien release as well as mail an extra copy for safe keeping. I finally got my lien release today, which is all I've been wanting for some time now. Great customer service as usual. Just wish the experience had been better the 1st time around.Payments towards an auto loan were convenient and easy to do. However my loan has been paid off for several months now and I have yet to recieve the lien release, even after 3 requests have been made. I have been told it's been mailed. I've yet to see it in the mail, and I've been checking it thoroughly. Frustrating ?

I have always been reluctant to deal with banks for some reason but all that has changed since becoming a member at TTCU. Not one but all the Tellers greet me by name and solve any issues I may have.Jodi and Karen, The Financial Counselors are amazing and I couldn't be happier! Thank you all so much!

I used their ATM and it shorted me 140 dollars and since I am not a member they were not willing to rectify their error. They told me that I would have to dispute it with my financial institution which can take up to 200 days.

Karen Washburn is by far the most unbelievable loan officer I've ever done business with. She was very attentive and accommodating. She was extremely honest and up front and worked hard to get me the best deal. Will definitely do business with her again.

I will be closing my checking account. I have had $897 taken between them moving money out of my savings into my checkings without permission. Over $100 in overdraft fees because the detail will show everything has been deducted but it hasn't the total balance of the account has not changed. I didn't realize at first that there app is subpar and doesn't keep things updated in real time. I'm glad I didn't close my Arvest account.

W!hen opening a checking account my credit was pulled without me knowing! When I call I get disconnected and it isn't even the branch I bank with!
