Customer service sucks they say they’re gonna call you back they don’t they don’t ever answer their phone. Yeah actually have to drive up there. Most of the time. Delivery guys are cool.

How disrespectful ate u going to be our apartment burned down said we don't have to pay anything just need the fire report. Work up this morning they took money off my card they always say one thing and do the opposite had to wait 4 months for a new table one of there delivery guys broke got a tv from them that broke same tv at Walmart for 258 dollars

I have been an arons customer for 6 year. Never returned my stuff always paid it off. Always pain for thier extra insurance. Now I have a bike refrigerator that I'm paid for the extra insurance and the refuse to honor the insurance deal. That I paid for. They used to have good mangers. But not anymore. Refirgerator broke 3 weeks I made a payment after it first broke now we are here 3 weeks later and they say I'm the bad guy cause I'm not paying until they fix it. I paid for the insurance. I have the money and they are not getting anymore until the make this right. I t work 7 days a week have a broke leg and can't physical move the fridge myself or I would. Thuer manager has been ducking and ignoring me for the last 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY FROM THWM. THWY WILL NOT HONOR THIER INSURANCE PLAN THAT YOU PAY FOR

I no longer wish to be an Aaron’s customer due to the traumatic experience I had with the Midwest City location. I spoke to a representative before my payment due date to make an arrangement for my monthly payment due to a serious life event. I was told that I could make half a payment then the rest would go towards the end of my lease. I called to make a payment and was on hold for 30 minutes. After finally being connected with a representative I was told a higher amount than I was given in my initial communication with a representative. Then I was told that I actually hadn’t had my account long enough to pay half/the renewal amount. Then I was told another amount that was higher than the second amount, and then asked if I could make my full monthly payment two weeks after that, which was before the scheduled monthly payment date btw. I let the representative know that I was beginning to feel frustrated from the misleading information and also the multiple increased amounts he quoted me. So I decided to end the call before it escalated. I called back a while later on that same day to proceed with making the payment only to be bullied by the Aaron’s representives of MWC (Cody) and told that I should just contact the BBB (Rico in sales). All of this took place on a recorded line on December 15, 2023 between 1:30pm to 3:00pm

My sister was helping me to get a tv and told my sister the TV would be delivered on Wednesday between 10-and 3 still no TV then I called the twice and the man on the phone asked me if I would be all day and said yes and my sister told me that Arrons would be delivered the TV today but still no TV and it's 6:39pm

Leased a brand new washer/dryer set and was given a faulty dryer right out of the box. Going on two weeks unable to wash my kids clothes at home and having to call every single day, because I am continuously promised “someone will come out tomorrow… someone will call you back in a few minutes….” They have spent a grand total of 3 minutes at my home to say “huh never had that one before” before leaving us with no dryer at all yesterday, just a promise to bring me a used one. This is ridiculous!!! Every time I call it’s “oh no one told me” COMMUNICATION?!?! Ever hear of it?!

I ordered some furniture. It was supposed to be in on Tuesday then it changed to Friday said trucks broke down last week. Then they told me again it would be this Tuesday but still no truck. And on Wednesday Henry said pat said I can have the one on the show room floor and ask if I can pick it up. Then Henry said there is only two people in the store so that can’t deliver it. Then Henry promised me when he does his runs around 6pm he can bring it to me and if I had someone that could help him I said yes. Well he never showed up. I called the store and the other guy said they could not bring it because pat said it has to stay on the floor so the floor want be empty. Then goes to tell me the truck will be there Thursday morning I called no truck today. Now says Friday, I have no living room furniture in my house. I understand about the truck but the lies they give to customers has to stop.. pat is a great person. But employees lieing to customers is wrong

I had requested my TV be picked up to get serviced due to a bad pink/purple tint to any & everything that popped up.. they picked up my TV in December of 2022 & gave me a replacement TV that was significantly smaller & not the same brand. Everytime I would call the store they would tell me they don’t have any update for me, we’ll fast forward to March 2023 I walk in to make a cash payment & ask for an update while i’m there, TURNS OUT my tv had been sitting at the MWC store location since December, was NEVER SENT TO BE SERVICED until 2 weeks prior to me walking in & making my cash payment. So no wonder they had no updates for me because it was never sent. They call me to harass me for my payment when it’s not automatically withdrawn, they do not care about their customers only the money they make. They also can’t do anything for you in times like this because “this is a rent to own so you’re leasing it”. I”ve been paying on a TV i don’t even have in my possession since December & they want nothing to do with helping me out.. oh they did offer me ANOTHER rental tho. don’t waste your time here.

I am so disappointed in the customer service. I placed an order online for a washer, it took 8 days for it to be delivered! Now that would have been ok had they notified me that there was a delay, especially since it says it was going to be delivered within 2-3 days. Then when I finally get it, I had to figure out that the guys didn’t plug it in nor did they connect the hose, evidently, since I attempted to wash a load, and my laundry room was flooded! I tried to call for a service call, after 5 pm, no one answered the phone when online it clearly states they are open until 8pm! At this point, I just want them to come get it and I go elsewhere!! Update: I got ahold of someone around 10:30 the next morning! I was so pleased with the young man’s honesty and admittance about not plugging the machine in, I think his name is Eric, he assured me it would be done today! Claude arrived and put the everything on correctly! I am now a very satisfied customer!!

Came into their store and bought a used couch on 2/7/23 and was told it would be delivered that afternoon. Called around 3pm and was told it was loaded on a truck and should be delivered any minute. Called again about 5pm and was then told there was an issue with the wiring on the couch and they were having to fix it (which means it was never loaded on a truck). They called us about 7pm and was told it was fixed and they would deliver it in the morning 2/8/23. Couch was delivered and after maybe an hour or so of sitting on it I started itching. I Got a flashlight and started looking and have found 5 bedbugs. Called the store asking for the store manager and was first told he was on lunch and they would have him call me. Called an hour and a half later and was told he was in a meeting ( but could hear someone in the background telling him what to say). Called again about an hour and a half later and was then told the store manager had left. I definitely would not recommend buying anything from here

Honestly these guys work with you in my experience. I am almost done paying my washer and dryer off its been 2 years.... Im so excited. When my potato of a pc died Aaron's yall were there so i could get one to replace it so i could keep working and playing video games. Glad yall are there just wish the payments were a bit lower but its all good ill should be done paying both things off soon and may come back for a sofa and tv stand soon too

I come up here to pay the bill at 5 o'clock on a Saturday, the door clearly says they are open till 8 Monday through Saturday and till 5 on Sunday and no one was here the door was locked I checked back several times through the evening up till 8 o'clock and the door was locked and no 1 was here, how can I pay my bill
