Shouldn’t be allowing new employees to try and run loan paperwork without a clear knowledge of what they’re doing, turning a one maybe two hour situation into a half day affair of hiccups and discrepancies that result in me reconsidering my choice of banks. When I have an employee visibly reading the paperwork before she explains it to me and reiterates the same thing (the simplest part of the paperwork, loan total) three times. Then has to have two separate people walk her through the entire process. I understand learning curve but have your more experienced personnel tackle a loan that is needed expeditiously and explained as such by the customer. Then having the money go into the account only to call me back 30 mins prior to your closing to ask if my wife can come in because of your error in paperwork.

I just lost my mom. Carina and the team at Arvest MWC helped me through the process of changing ownership of accounts. They were professional yet courteous. They mad a very difficult time so much easier. I am 59 and have banked with Arvest since my first account! Amazing!

If I could give no stars I would. This chick saying the bank manager is going to be with the people who walked in the same time I did with no appt. Older couple wanting to take their adult daughter off the acct. How's that going to take almost 2 hrs??? Worst service ever!!!!! Go to another branch if able to.

Carina was so horrible today that I have decided to close my business account with Arvest and go elsewhere. She has been depositing 3rd party checks for me the past few months and told me that she has to “allow” it in order to deposit. She told me today that she isn’t going to “allow” anymore 3rd party checks because she isn’t supposed to. But yet has been doing it the past 2 months? I have called 3 different banks since I left Arvest today, all of them telling me that I CAN deposit 3rd party checks into my business account as long as it is signed on the back by the original payee and could do it every single day if I wanted. Save your time and do not bank with WALMARTS bank!! Their fees and customer service fall right in line with Ol’ Walmart!!! Oh and Carina should definitely NOT be managing a bank. Its honestly scary that someone like her holds any kind of authority.

The folks in this branch are rude, and has screwed my account up on more than 1 occasions. I have banked with arvest for many many years now and have been to many different branches however I will never walk back into this branch again. Do yourself a favor and go to a different branch.

I love Arvest! I have been a client of theirs for 6 years and I have always had great service! Recently I had a serious problem with my account, that Garth helped me with. He was great ! He took the time to listen to me, get all the facts and then we fixed what we could. I highly recommrnd him and Arvest!

Best bank in town! The branch manager Corina went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with my account and I appreciate her so much! Everyone at the Midwest City location has been so helpful and friendly. Thank you all!

I like this bank. Location is close to me and the tellers are always nice. Of course there is a line, but there a line at the Del City and Lincoln location also. I think that comes with business. I have not had any problems, and I appreciate them asking customers to wear a mask. That situation goes both ways. I have had my shots also but I still wear a mask for the many who have not had one, and to continue to protect my family.

Not a Bank for working people! Who can pick up their business bank bag? When your business opens at 9:00 and your drive thru don’t open till 9? No Customer Service. Just 4 women standing around. It takes 25 minutes to get thru drive thru when your the only one there.

I am a 73 yr old 100 percent disabled Viet Nam combat veteran. I have had an account at the douglas branch of Arvest Bank for 15 yrs. I went in lobby without MASK and manager, Melissa, jumped right on me. I tried to explain that I have had 2 Phyzer shots back in February, but she did not care, just kept getting louder and louder. Went to her office and she said my account was CLOSED and I was no longer welcome at the bank .A few days later got letter said same thing, a lot of trouble for me over mask policies of Arvest. OKC had already cancelled mask. She did not care .This manager is a name that sounds a lot like Icehole. Do not go to this bank.
