Sometimes there's a really long line and it takes a long time to finally get to talk to someone. They usually have one person working which I think they need one more because when they're busy like that, and each person takes 30 minutes you're talkin about waiting hours before it's your turn. I don't like that they charge $8 for a swap fee if you don't like the phone that they give you or something's wrong with it you have to pay the $8 to get a different one. But they always promote the love your phone promotion. It says if you don't like your phone you can switch it. It did say anything about money though. I feel like you should be able to switch it for free as long as the other phone isn't damaged. The lady that works in there is very nice and helpful and it got my husband approved for a phone when no other place seemed to know what they were doing because they couldn't get it done. She got him approved in 15 min. Very fast service that time. She is always pleasant and really let's you know which phones are the better pick. She will answer any questions about the products honestly. She doesn't just tell you they are all awesome like some places. I like the truth that way I can make the best decision. I also got a goody bag with a flashlight sunglasses a phone holder a pen... It was pretty sweet!!!!

Big shout out to Jeremy at the Air Depot location. He was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt like such a problem customer and he was so patient. His calm attitude was refreshing. He took the time to research and explain all my options. We need more people like him in the service industry. Thank you Jeremy and I am sure to recommend Assist Wireless on Air Depot to everyone I know!

The last in there working. (Drives the car with queen on the back) is really rude and loud. And is not helpful at all. I tried to open the door for her and she said I'm going that way move. Rude. I won't come back here.

The lady working was babysitting on the job and she didn't explain anything to me and didn't give me the correct phone. Don't go it's a joke I am very disappointed with the help.
