The worst service I have ever used, left Verizon because AT&T was supposed to be better but I’m going back to Verizon I can’t get any good service almost anywhere.

My experience was very much satisfying Danieloune was great at attending to all my needs helping out best as she can and by the end of the visit I walked away one happy customer she deserves a promotion if you ask me.

Hi, I recently visited this store a week ago and worked with Andre. He we helpful and polite. I completed my upgrade of a new phone. I also submitted a insurance claim for an ipad. The overall experience was positive. The sales representatives working even opened the door for my elderly mother.
However, I visited this location on May 25, 2025. Alexis Mitchell was the manager. Alexis Mitchell immediately came over to Jose (the sales agent) once planned obsolesce was mentioned. Alexis returned to the table and accused my partner of being belligerent. I decided to leave the store as I felt Alexis was interfering in the sales process. Alexis lost Jose a commission as well as this store future sales. I will not return to this ATT location due to Alexis Mitchell's managing of the encounter. I cannot recommend this store on days Alexis is the manager.

5/11/25 - came into store promised an upgrade. “Upgraded” our watch. The store employee opened the “upgraded” watch.
5/19/25 - returned the “upgraded” watch - which wasn’t an upgrade just to be told to pay a $55 fee because they opened the box.
Talked to the manager and was told there was nothing that could be done and basically screwed to pay more money for their mess up.

Once I was waiting on the time went quick I waited about 5 minutes before any said anything to me but after another 15 minutes before I was waited on Rooney was busy

Micheal and Elexas were amazing, they were able to transfer the data from my cracked unusable phone, to my new phone, they did an outstanding job, great customer service!!!

Lisa went way above and beyond to fix a problem that I have had for quite a while. This was my third time trying to get the issue resolved. She was willing to spend the time necessary to work out the issue. AT&T is lucky have her. Thank you Lisa F
