I used to go here exclusively, but cost and location dictated using their competitor. Lesson learned. Numerous issues with quality of parts and the fact they aren't knowledgeable got me back to AutoZone.

Manager had a attitude when speaking with me about a price on a item that was on clearance but missing items. Now the issue wasn't price the issue is her saying I can do 10% or I can damage it and get it back in full i almost put it back just because of her attitude, the OR wasn't necessary.
That sounds alot like take or leave and get out! That's not how you speak with your customer. If money was the issue I would've bought the cheaper $18 seat cover and it was the last one! I worked in retail before i understand the whole damaged product receiving full credit! That says your business is not important because were going to receive credit either way! You dont tell your customer that, i won't return cashier was friendly though. 0 stars for the manager 4 stars for the cashier at least he offered a bag, assistance & a great attitude way to stay professional young man, which is more than I got from her.

Went the store looking for fuses ,that I didn't think they would have, but gave it a try. Employees very helpful in trying to help locate them but came up short. I was okay with that because they tried.

The employee gave me the wrong brake pads. I've got my car jacked up, tire off, bolts off, ready to work on...with the wrong replacements. Now I've got to borrow a car to go back and get the correct ones.
