Kat was beyond helpful in getting a driver added to our policy. We have had the worst luck finding an open/knowledgeable Avis agent and she did it with such ease. She definitely deserves a raise or a praise.

I only came here because of a AAA discount. One of the women working at this location is rude. I never had to show more than my ID to get a rental car. I gave her my ID, cc and social security card. I didn’t like the fact she had an attitude, kinda felt she was being discriminative towards me as well. Will not give this place another shot. Will go to hertz or enterprise

The two women that typically work the counter are so rude. I rent cars from Avis/Budget several times a month for work. This location is nearest my home and unfortunately, I will be going out of the way to rent from any other location but this one from now on. While they are never kind or conversational. Or even personable… today was extra unprofessional.I walked in to return my car and was not greeted (normal for her). I noticed the grouchy woman that I deal with on a regular basis and immediately dreaded the interaction.She finally said hello as I stood in front of her. She never looked up. I said “hi how are you?”, no response from her.She then said “you returning?”I replied “yes” and she got up and walked away saying “ I’ll take the keys” I went to hand them over the counter and she ignored my attempt and came around the counter. The Avis/Budget phone rang and she answered while taking the keys from my hand. She then walked out to the car while on the phone and never said another word to me. I just left. I’m tired of dealing with the horrible staff and the lack of professionalism. There are too many other options to continue spending my money with a company that can’t even treat customers with decency.

I had to return my vehicle a day early I was told I would not be charged the additional day but I was which was $161.58. I could of extended days and charged for it but return early you’re screwed. So if they tell you you will not be charged it’s a lie. Will not be renting from them again. Just poor customer relation skills to scam people

I have worked in the rental car industry for a few years. I learned all of the policies and the majority of the rental car companies aren't that bad. I also rent a car now for a week at a time every other week for work. I have used all of the companies out there and I can not suggest to use this one to anybody. They really don't care about customer service or loyalty. If you are wanting to have the best experience with customer service then you need to rent from Enterprise. I have spent spent around $500 a month with Avis/Budget renting cars for my new job and even when they are not busy and have 3 employees just sitting in the front office with no customers, they say that they can't give a person a ride home less than a half mile away. Enterprise has picked me up and given me a ride home even if it was 10 times further at 5 miles away. Avis Budget will also charge you for an hour late fee at the 30 min marker. Another issue is mainly just this particular location issue. At Avis Budget in Midwest City I have picked up 3 different cars that were never completely cleaned. Sometimes it has some trash in the back or in between the seats. Other times the car is filthy on the outside. I will not be using Avis Budget moving forward and I don't suggest anyone reading this either. You can do better.

Nice folks, but very expensive. Was given a Kia Soul, very scary. Go to Budget Avis in Edmond.

Staff are usually nice. We've only had one incidence that a staff person was snippy with us. We use this location for 99% of our rentals and they are usually very accommodating. TIP: Be sure to return the car clean and with a full tank of gas to avoid extra charges.
