$9.50 charge to cash a payroll check made on there bank if you don't have an account this is saddening and sicking I would not have an account with this bank and I advise against it

I used to love this bank. now they are just horrible. 1. You get charged a $10.00 fee if you use any other atm. & The fee always seems to change. 2. You can't make more then six transfers between accounts 3. They automatically pay a bill that your regularly pay even when you don't have the money in your account without your permission. So you get charged the late fee of $35.00. smh. I'm switching banks.

We have banked here for many years. Service was good when we first started but has gone greatly down hill. They have miss counted cash withdrawals, not closed accounts down properly, given us a run around with an LOC being paid off and other things including not sending out an updated bank card when it expired. Just not the bank it once was.

I've never banked with them before, but I got a letter in the mail offering a bank account for my medical cannabis business and then they said that they don't work with them. This bank is behind times and not fighting for the future and for people's health.

I went to this branch to deposit in my savings bonds but was told that they could not cash them. I attempted to explain that I had previously deposited another set of bonds at another branch about a month earlier. The manager still refused to deposit my bonds. I asked if the policy had changed, he replied (unprofessionally) yes. It had not! I drove 20 miles to the branch that originally deposited the bonds and did it again. I explained to them about my experience. They said that they would handle it. I was greatly Disappointed!!

Needed to go to bank and there is a "we will be right back" sign no one there during business hours and no return time on sign. At least have a time to be back or a time limit

Excellent staff and fantastic service: my questions have always been answered in an easy-to-understand manner, and everyone there has treated me with respect. Highly recommend to anyone in search of a new bank.
