I called to get an estimate on a tow during the night shift and the guy fell asleep while on the phone. Very unprofessional. He was snoring and everything.

I did not hire them, someone else did. Charged me $50 to bring my vehicle to the front so I could haul it home (Their rules) - then parked it so I couldn't load it on the trailer without repositioning it. I was told the keys would be under the mat, they were in the ignition. When I called them initially, they needed the VIN to tell me about my vehicle - cuz there's SO MANY yellow Nissan Xterras broken down in their yard.

Answered the phone but quoted $233 dollars to tow my truck 15 miles.

Horrible experience, expressed that they would take care of my car and then left it by the side of the road. Couldn't be more unprofessional. The assured me that they would take good care of my vehicle. This was an outright lie. They were very obviously not looking out for me. They are only worried about getting paid. That's Barnes Wrecker service #1 priority, their pocket book. He explained it very well in his reply below.
I can only assume he was embarrassed by his reply. It's gone now.

Without them helping a senior citizen I would be without a car. Many thanks and prayers for being so helpful. Call them for a quick and helpful staff.

Car was stolen and police had it towed 2mi here. Barnes wrecker then charged $400 or offered her to sign her title over and pay $100 for what they call abandonment. Even though they have the title.
*you had the car for one day on an involuntary tow and charged $400. The fees you’re turning into collections are your own. It’s an unethical amount and backhanded relief for another $100 fee.

The driver put my car in my driveway all crooked and side ways. I asked him to put it close to my house and he didn’t even get it close. I have a long driveway, there’s no excuse.

The employees of this estab are kind, courteous, and professional individuals while eill make what is likely a bad day for you a little bit better.
