“Let me start out by saying how picky, detailed, and stern I am with my cars, especially my BMW. I always garage keep my BMW. I do not drive her in the sun, rain, or snow/ice. She’s my baby and I take good care of her mechanically and physically.
I have been to many other collusion repairs; 1) Way over priced 2) Paint did not match at all, and told me they couldn’t do anything about it after I spent $600 just for painting 3) I have been Baited and switched before at other places.
I heard of this amazing collusion place through family, I am very skeptical about new places and I had a body shop that I was content with but recently my last body shop did not match my bumper correctly. I was unhappy.
I needed a new body shop so I gave Fluid Concept Collision a chance. I spoke to Cameron about an estimate of how much my m-sport bumper would be he told me he could match it perfectly and be at an affordable, good price. Everyone talks a good talk, but I wanted to see the work. This place I read had amazing reviews but again I was skeptical.
Cameron worked on my bumper (painted) and diffuser fitting for 3 and a half days ensuring that it was going to match, because I told him I had a bad experience before with another collusion place. I had high hopes and man….the reviews, words, and praises were right!
I have a lot of pictures of how accurate the paint job was. Cameron definitely took his time and ensured that my bumper matched my 13 year old car. He made sure that the bumper color moved with the lighting. The bumper was very smooth, almost like glass, it looked like.
I also asked for my diffuser to be trimmed, and Cameron made sure that too was a perfect fit, all for a very affordable price.
I asked if there was a warranty, Cameron ensured that they would have my back if the paint cracked or had a defect.
I’m very happy and excited about the result.
This is my new body shop for now on.
I will have them work on all my cars and all my body mods for the future.

This is the ONLY place I will EVER take my vehicles in the future.
1. Customer Service, particularly from Steve, has been outstanding. We had major mechanical issues with our vehicle. After working on the vehicle for a week, he called to let us know he found more damages causing the vehicle to be faulty. Instead of trying to get us to replace more parts, he was very honest with us on what we should do—which resulted in us filing for a total loss. Additionally, although we had already paid the shop for repairs already done, he volunteered to help us in the claims process to HELP us get that money BACK. Before finding all of this out, Steve was literally going to take TIME OUT OF HIS WEEKEND to let me come pick up my vehicle on a SATURDAY when they are closed. THAT IS AMAZING!!! All in all, he was so accommodating, personable, and ultimately a man full of character and INTEGRITY— which is hard to come by these days.

There have also been several times where I've come to them seeking a quote for some minor damage and they just fixed it quick right there in the parking lot and didn't want anything for it. “I was completely satisfied with the work, customer service and timeline for repairs. A 5 star review was earned until a representative ask me to lie about my experience. While I did need to return the vehicle for a rework due to all the safety features on my vehicle. The customer service and quality of work were top notch. I completely understood the need to return my vehicle and appreciated that they even covered the rental because it had to be returned. But, when making arrangements to exchange the vehicles at my place of employment, the rental car needed a couple gallons of gas to top the tank so it would be returned with a full tank, avoiding the need to pay charges for gas through the rental company. When this was relaid to the representative, he proceeded to tell me if I gave him a 100%, all 10’s and that the vehicle was finished on time and did not need a rework, he would put gas in he tank. I took serious offense to that approach to resolve the issue at hand. While they did cover the cost of gas at the time, I returned the next day when my schedule permitted and gave them more than enough cash to cover the gas purchased and informed the manager of the representative’s proposal.
While I still would not hesitate to recommend their professional services and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if there Services’s are needed. I did not appreciate the representatives attempt at bribery to make himself look good. While he did not earn my respect or business. The company he works for and his managers willingness to go above and beyond for me (his client) did!
