I don't recommend this boost location to purchase any cellphone device. We purchased 2 cellphones last sunday on 9/23/23, The boost representative Vicki was so unrespectful, to begin with she was on videocall with her husband all the time when she was activating our cellphones. She took pictures with her phone to our IDs in order to give us the discount, my concern she keep my ID information on her cellphone that not professional at all. She charge us for a case we didn't want, Today 9/6/23 we went to ask for a copy of our sales receipt, she refuse to printout one and call the police on us. She made us feel terrible today. She said we were harassing her it wasn't true at all. Hope the Store owners watch the videos and they can see her behavior toward customers. CUSTOMERS PLEASE DONT GO HERE AT ALL SHE WILL TREAT YOU LIKE NOTHING.

Chrismarie is an amazing person. Intelligent, helpful and knowledgeable she helped me pick out the right phone for me and helped me get it set up. She is very approachable and likeable as well. Great job!

Bought a phone that was not working properly tried to bring it back and get a replacement they said there was nothing they could do..tried to speak with a manager as corporate recommended because it's there policie to replace in the first 7 days if not working correctly..and they would not let me speak with a manager nor replace the phone...strongly advise not to buy anything from this store

I was in there today and yesterday trying to activate my new phone. Kris Marie (I'm sure I'm spelling that name wrong) was in there both days and she was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to help me and get my issue solved. I wouldn't go to any other boost store just because she was so awesome. Thanks again for your excellent service and amazing attitude Kris!

We came in with an insurance claim coupon. We had already spoken to 2 other stores about redeeming it but because of the holidays we were out of town and decided to go to one in the town we were visiting to redeem the coupon to replace the phone. Miceasha was the only employee there and took all of our information then at the end said there would be a $49.41 charge for activation. Neither one of the other stores we spoke to were going to charge this fee to us because it was an insurance deal. We asked to take our coupon to the airdepot store where we wouldn't be charged this fee. This is where she tells us no, once the store redeems the coupon it can't go to anytime store. We asked that she wave the fee since the other store were going to and she refused. Called her manager sandy where she explains the fees to us and also refused to wave the fees or give us back the coupon to go to another store. Both employees were less than helpful and basically told us it was our fault for choosing their franchise to redeem the coupon because their store is not theSame as corporate stores and we should have known that as consumers. During this interaction Miceasha was rude to us, speaking to us as if this whole thing was our fault that we were unaware of the charges only her store was willing to charge us. She only calmed her voice and behavior when I told her how poor her customer service was and I should be recording her. Even after we agreed to pay the activation fee she went further to complicate the transaction by saying the coupon was canceled and the phone would be sent to the insurance company instead of given to us, after she had said we had until 8pm to decide what we wanted to do. Boost stores are not uniform in their charges and fees. I will not be going back or recommending this service to anyone.

Stick to online payments or reboost cards from other stores if you can. I was almost swindled by the district manager at this location. He quoted a $5 service fee just to type on a keyboard. I had a feeling he was lying so I went to the next boost store over and they said it was a $4 service fee. I spoke to upper management and they confirmed that he was lying about the $5 fee. Long story short, pay the bill online or with a boost card from another location or you will have to pay a greedy and unnecessary $4 service fee for a boost representative to type a few things into their computer. I would not recommend buying a phone in the store either it is much cheaper to find a deal online and you wont have to pay useless service fees and be harassed about add-ons for your phone.
