Do not by a phone from this store reps are unexperienced they will invade your phone privacy my voice mail was set up without notice and a code was made so with that being said I no longer have access to my voicemail I was told by a new rep he could fix it after another long wait and trip back to the store for nothing again BUY YOUR UPGRADE SOMEWHERE ELES!!!

Gilbert Flores was the worst manager I have ever dealt with. After admitting that he fired the salesperson that lied to me and got me into the wrong phone and plan, he told me there was nothing he could do to help me get the issue corrected. He wouldn’t take the time to even listen to my full complaint as he continually tried to cut me off and talk over me. When I asked for his supervisor he tried to tell me he doesn’t have one. I would stay far away from this particular Boost mobile store. Unfortunately Gilbert told me he is the regional manager of 15 stores. If that’s true, he probably helps to run one of the other stores you would go to. Makes me wonder if Boost mobile is the way to go in Oklahoma City

The five stars that I'm giving is because Chris and Gilbert (the store manager) in Midwest city was very helpful.... However the boost mobile customer service line was rude and disrespectful -- I wouldn't recommend boost customer service to anyone.

First, I'd like to say it kind of hurts me to put a one star up on something that I Have used for years and never had a problem with. I have been a Dish customer for about 30 years I have been a boost customer for about 10 years a year and a half ago I needed to add a phone to our plan it was suggested then that I just open a new account for that phone and when I was ready to upgrade from our old phones then add the other phone to it. Well Friday came February 23rd I went in and I spent over $250 adding a phone for a grandchild that lives with me an upgrading 2 phones, I then said I want to put this other phone of my granddaughters on that plan as well so I don't have two bills the gentleman that helped me said that he couldn't do it but he would talk to his manager and she would take care of it Monday. Today I found that I could not find my 11-year-old granddaughter who I have custody of and could not text her or call her because her phone had been shut off. I then called boost at 7023 E Reno Ave Midwest City, OK 73110 this is where the rudeness started I told the lady my problem she told me they couldn't merge phones and I was telling her what was told to me on the Friday and she said I can't help you there's no reason to talk to you and hung up on me she claimed I was being rude, I was frustrated but in no way rude. Because their store is so close, I got my granddaughter and myself and we got in the car to confront this eye to eye. When we got there the store was closed with a sign on it that said back in 10 minutes, we only sat there a couple of minutes, when a car pulled up with the boost employee in it she got out when inside her male friend stayed out but stayed in his car lights on the whole time that I was in the store with my 11 year old granddaughter basically told her what went on and how much money I had spent and she basically told me she didn't care that there was nothing she could do and that there was no way I could do what I wanted to do and then waved me towards the door saying I was being rude saying I was over talking her in saying that there's no reason for me to be there. I deal with people daily. I deal with customers that have had bad experiences daily this is probably the worst I've ever had.

I went to the store for Internet service. They took my money and gave me no service. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month now the worker name is Christian F he stole my money and did not give me my service, and now they will not answer my phone calls, I’ve been up there twice and they refuse to give me my refund. I have my receipt I contacted Cox Cox is also saying booth needs to refund my money there’s nothing they can do. I am livid. so unprofessional and disrespectful when I was in the store, he even called a superior on the phone and that man also was loud and rude.

Went to the store. Having a terrible day when I went in. Both the ladies were EXCEPTIONAL AND NICE. Very knowledgeable but most importantly they were patient with me. I'm not real patient when aggravated and the day I was having didn't help. Thank God for them. I was able to keep my old number and get a new phone. But most importantly I now have a trusted place and trusted people who will help me. Loyalty goes along way with me. I live in the north part of the city and would rather travel the extra distance just for the friendly staff here at this store. BOOST IF YOU EVER FIRE THESE TWO LADIES I WILL CANCEL MY SERVICE!!!!!!.
