“My highlander caught some debris off the turnpike, and a nice quad ring circle formed on my front wind. The call for service was easy, and the man was upfront about everything. Super knowledgeable about front glass and installation.
He was able to install my front glass without having to do a calibration. He was upfront about how he does not do calibrating. It was worth the risk.
Follow the instructions He gives during and after the installation of the letter. The best part of this installation was that he came to my home and did the installation. I will do business again with this company. Give them a try. I always appreciate hard work in this day in age.”

“Five stars without hesitation. I accidentally backed our 12-passenger rental van into a high pipe in the covered garage at OKANA Water Resort and shattered the driver’s-side rear window. I called 5 Star Auto Glass at 8:15 Monday morning and was back on the road by 10:30.
They offered to come to the resort, but I was able to get it repaired even faster by bringing the van to their shop. They also gave me a ride back to OKANA while the work was being completed.
The communication was excellent, the service was fast, and the price was incredibly reasonable. What stood out most was being able to call and speak directly with a real person, which was nearly impossible with Safelite.
An outstanding experience from start to finish. Also, watch those high pipes in the OKANA garage.”

“I needed my windshield replaced and called many places to check prices. They were the cheapest, fastest, and came to me! I talked to about 3 different employees and all of them were super kind and even patient as they worked around my schedule. They were very communicative and transparent about pricey! “This shop and the owner Hector definitely went above and beyond for me today i needed an inverter for my tractor installed and nobody else in OKC would do it and if they would it was gone cost about $200 he gave me a GREAT price and even had appts all day and still managed to squeezed me in 20min after I called and spoke to him! He had to go get some pieces for it and all. Great guy, great place, excellent service. definitely will recommend to everyone! You are much appreciated sir‼️”
“We went to replace our Toyota tundra tailgate handle as well as our backup camera that is attached to our tailgate handle. Their receptionist (Claudia) is incredibly kind and helpful and answered any questions we had when she could, and let us speak to someone else when she wasn’t sure. The parts supplier ended up getting somewhat delayed, but that wasn’t on Gerber at all and they let us know immediately what the plan was and how long it might take. While in the end they worked really, really hard to fix our back up camera, it ended up being a different issue with our truck so we didn’t end up getting our back up camera finished right now (our choice) but we did get the tailgate handle repaired and they allowed us to hold onto the new camera until we’re able to repair our other issue later down the road. Jerry was really good at keeping us updated as well and helping with any insurance questions when our insurance needed to get a hold of them. Overall, they’re really quick to respond and extremely helpful. I would recommend them 100%. Oh, and as a bonus, when we got there to pick up, they also had all the vehicles pulled inside due to the fact that it might possibly storm. So they definitely also go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is safe.”
“I have never had a claims experience go so seamlessly. There were multiple updates through the time they had it and the hiccups that were handled never caused me issue because they were on top of it. They left my car better than they found it cleaning all of my floors to look brand new. I appreciate the time and attention to detail this shop took. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to friends or clients.”
