Ok you're store opens at 5am and nobody is here at 6:20am still almost 7am and nobody is still here sooo ya'll are usually pretty damn good with being open but shit not today and not yesterday So I'm leaving a 1 star review.

Absolutely terrible experience (I showed up at 10:55 after running to caseys and it clearly states Casey doesn't close till 11:00pm). As I walked up to the door 3 to 4 crew members were getting in thier car. They obviously could've sold me any item I needed but instead clearly were trying to leave. If you say "Casey's" your open till 11 I expect when I show up as a customer to be served till 11. When I asked the employees "why they were leaving when it says online your open till 11" they proclaimed "we shut down at 10:55." If that's the case then post 10:55 not 11. The same goes for every buinsess in America if your time is 11 its 11 if you have to stay till 12 you stay till 12. Every other buisness posts the time thier actually going to close not the time thier "supposed" to close so why is this different? Also here's just 1 of the employees vehicles as they were leaving. Tribble service.

I was really enjoying Casey's until they got rid of their best feature for customers. Discounted drinks on any size. Between that and their wild price swings on gas (which probably isn't their fault but it adds to my dislike). I won't be back.

Y'all need to fix your pumps. It stole a few cents from me, not a big deal since it was just a few pennies, but it's the principle of the matter. It's stealing from customers when you're taking money for something that they're not even getting. I had to go inside the store to pay for my gas, even though I'd already swiped my card at the pump, but nothing was coming out! Your machine charged me 3 cents even though nothing came out! Wasn't worth disputing a few cents, especially when it was freezing outside. Needless to say, I'm never coming back to this gas station.

Top 5 worst customer experience ever. It sure holds the standard for how trashy and uneducated we are and have always been as the state... But hey that's what most of you like and want. I hope this can actually help someone.

Can't speak for the entire store, but the counter where they serve pizza showed extremely poor (or none really) customer service. Two employees made direct eye contact with me. One left and the other went back to whatever they were doing at the back of the kitchen without so much as acknowledging my presence.

I had a problem with the pizza I ordered yesterday evening and had trouble getting a refund. Managers weren't there at the time. Today I brought it to the attention of the kitchen manager and the store manager and they apologized for the situation, quickly solved the problem by making me another pizza right (and then some) and was very professional about it. Store manager said I should've gotten a refund when I asked for it yesterday and he and the kitchen manager said they will talk to their employees about doing better next time. The pizza was very good. 10 out of 10, will go again because of the professionalism and them being very quick to solve the problem.

There were cars parked at most of the station spots, but all of the gas pumps had bags over them. What's going on? I need to be in and out quick, I don't have time to walk inside to ask if the pumps work.
