Despite the customer's abusive behavior, Tracy remained calm and professional, trying her best to explain the situation. Unfortunately, this type of appalling treatment from "Karens and Kens" seems to be a common occurrence for customer service employees. While the overall experience at Casey's is generally positive, with the store being described as a "very nice corner store," there is one consistent issue - the gas pumps often fail to print receipts, which can be problematic for customers who need them for tax purposes.

I greatly appreciate you kind service, listening to my order perfectly, and just taking care of the customer with a positive attitude. My husband and I will ENJOY our pizza tonight and we will be back!!!!
