Went to change my name on my account and the teller Michelle didn't make sure everything was done on her end. Now I have to figure out a different day to go up there. People don't always have time to come into the bank to do this. It would be great if people would slow down and pay attention so we don't have to pay for inconvenience. Very disappointed today.

I just tried to open an account for my two children. I had all the necessary documentation in hand and my daughter had $5100 to deposit but they wouldn't do it. They said that I can do it online. Online it says go to your local branch. It is crazy that organizations expect you to do their job for them. That teaches my kids nothing about how to open an account nothing about doing business for themself. They must be missing the fact that the bank I choose for them now will be the bank they use as adults. What they don't know is my daughter has her own business and makes good money. Their loss. I'm taking the kids somewhere else that does business with children (and has customer service).

The ATM is broken...again/still. The tellers are very nice and quick to respond in the drive through.

Chase Bank is officially the worst bank for customer service they offer money if you set up an account but that's because they waste your time for 2 weeks they say they'll call you back but never will they set up appointments for you with 3 other people at the same time. As a business owner you have wasted entirely way too much of my precious time and money... You should be very ashamed of yourselves for calling yourselves a reputable bank.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I understand why this location got an average of 2stars. The lady at the window is horrible. Less than professional. Overall not happy with her job. Hire people who know customer service.

Fix the atm outside so people can do after hour deposits. Been down for months. Very irresponsible. There is no excuse for me being required to drive out of my way to an entirely different branch because you guys are unable to handle the bare minimum
