The store staff are always friendly and ready to help. Pharmacist is always happy to answer questions. The pharmacy techs are also very friendly. This pharmacy is quite busy, the techs do their best to be quick. You never see anyone go slow, they're always hustling which I appreciate.

Stopped here to pick up a birthday and wedding card. I was greeted when I came thru the door which is always nice. Store was nice and clean. Made my way to the gift cards and as I was looking one of the employees asked if they could help me find anything. I was good but it was nice they asked. Found what I needed and headed to the check out. The same employee told me thanks. The cashier said I had some store points so I used those up. Everyone was very nice.

The staff is always friendly. It's clean. If I can't find something someone is always willing to help. Walgreens has always been a bit pricey but other than that everything is easy to find & everyone working there is so nice.

This place advertises that they have shots for children but do not. It's just a trick to get you in the door to buy other crap while you waiti for 45 minutes with your kids. Of course you'll end up buying junk to keep your kids happy. I had another appointment that I cancelled just to get my kids shots. I got other things I have to get done than scheduling multiple appointments that mean nothing. Unfortunately, This is some kind of trick by upper management that don't care i their site is accurate because it makes them money. Waste of my time.

I am 80, need a flu shot. Don't know how to do computers. No help from anyone there. They told me to go elsewhere because they only give shots by appt. They would not make me an appt. I have always gotten my shots there.

lobby to pharmacy closed due to staffing shortage. took 45 minutes in drive thru. maybe pay employees better and work with peoples hours and wouldn't have staffing issues

The pharmacy staff is great - super efficient and professional. Usually the staff at the front of the store are terrific, too, but when I went in today there was an older woman (maybe early 60’s) with long blonde hair who treated me like a piece of dirt. She was busy talking to a coworker, then both of them just walked off. No thank you, no “I’ll be right back.” Nothing. So I finished my card transaction and left. I know retail is tough, but sheesh.

I came into today approximately around 2:00:pm. The cashier is about as friendly as a doorstop. This is not the first time she has waited on me and I feel she acts like I’m am inconvenience to her.I understand the times are hard right now but she should be grateful she has a job and greeting customers shouldn’t seem like a burden to her. Thanks.

I stopped here the other day to see abt getting a flu shot. The store had a few customers and I was greeted with a welcome when i walked thru the door. I walked back to the pharmacy and was greeted and waited on promptly. Asked the young lady abt the flu shot availability and she said absolutely. So after a few questions and a small amt of paperwork i took a seat. Abt 5-10 mins a young man walked out and called me. As we entered the privacy booth he apologized for taking so long as he was looking for the biggest needle. You'd have to see me to understand (both arms are sleeved with artwork). So anyway we both laughed. Talked abt the thunder as he stuck me. No pain and a bandaid. Both of them were super nice and helpful. I know pharmacies arent as personal as they use to be when i was growing up but this one is nice.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! They never have your prescriptions ready and never bother informing why they didn't fill them until you have waited line for 30 minuets. They are complete jerks. I have yet to encounter one pharmacy employee that is helpful or even nice.

Your automated answering system kicked me off the line after 15 minutes of waiting to talk to a pharmacist. I called back and was told that there were 4 calls ahead of me therefore my wait time would be the same as before. I tried to call the store to see if I could speak to a manager and was put on hold because the staff was answering other calls. I've now been on the phone for thirty minutes to get my dad's prescriptions filled even though he has refills left on the prescriptions we called in. I have MANY other things to do beside be on the phone waiting for someone to tell me that prescriptions can be filled. Your automated system SUCKS. I wish you'd go back to the old one.
