I had the worst experience this even! I'm very disappointed! We went in due to my mom's phone being broken right off bat lady tried to send us to a phone fix stolen not even wanting our business then tried to sell almost $200 phone if I was there she would of done it she was due for upgrade so we got it 100 she was not helpful to set up phone made sure it made call and was it not willing to help set up phone I will not being going back to thos store due to my experience

So I’m adding a line. This girl, said it’s not her store didn’t give a name or receipt. Kept saying the printer was down. When she showed me the total summary I saw Cricket Protect Plus and told her I didn’t want it. She said she didn’t select it on her end and she said it was their system. But again no receipt. So I’m leaving and we get a text saying “thank you for adding Cricket Protect Plus“ so I told her again I didn’t want that. She said call 611 bc she didn’t do it. She was done basically. Then said I always come in here I been coming in here giving her problems.” This is my first time having cricket in years. This girl is rude. And only because I called her out for lying. She said she had to go. And wouldn’t help me anymore.

If I could put a zero star on this company's upper management I would. The company really does not care about their employees or their customers. Iracema is stuck up and I saw her yelling at another employee. 5 stars to the old crew that was there they were awesome even though the ladies were threatened with their lives a few times. I saw it for myself and they still did their jobs to the best of their ability after the situation was handled.
