I ordered a phone online and through a series of strange events have been unable to obtain the phone I ordered. I have spent way too much time with customer service on the phone without anyone helping me. I went into this store hoping maybe it could be escalated and resolved. Staff was awesome. Fast, efficient and courteous. They were able to help me walk out with a working phone and escalate the problem to where it could be fixed. Wish I had just gone to the store in the first place!
