Leigh Ann was amazing! She went above and beyond, even staying over an hour after close to help me walk out with a phone and saved me as much money as possible. I 100% recommend this cricket just because of customer service alone. Ms Leigh Ann deserves a raise and then some !

I've been a cricket wireless customer for over 4 years and all was well until about a year ago when they started double billing us shutting our phones off for the monthly bill being unpaid even though it was paid in full. I've been at least 8 times to this cricket store and the one on Air Depot to get my phones working. Bought 3 sim cards in the process of all this and walked away from the cricket stores still with no service on my phone and $10 less in my pocket. Not sure what the business dynamics Cricket has been operating under but it's all horse shit to me. Might as well be living in a 3rd world country with not much freedom or choice for a reliable cellphone company. They've robbed me of hundreds of dollars over the past year by their shoddy tactics.. Beware if you are considering switching to Cricket because it's nothing but a dead end road you will find yourself on without any service on your phone.

We had to wait almost 30 mins before the cashier was able to help us. It took him that long to close out 1st shifts cash drawer.

I've been into this location many many times over the past 7+ years. I've gotta say Rodney has excellent customer service. He's professional, helpful, patient and all around the BEST. These kind of employees need to be recognized and rewarded. It's an employee like this who you don't want to go anywhere. Thank you Rodney for all your help the past 3 times I've been in. 😃

They were some what helpful on my GF phone but they she done all the thing they would done and somebody is hacking in her phone and they are paying about $60 buck a month for Icloud and had already download 57.24 mb off her phone and it's a Motorola 5G Stylist 2022

Best experience I've had at that store in a long time. Stacey was awesome she got me hooked up with a brand new phone and was juggling a couple of customers at the same time. She had everybody laughing and patiently waiting for their turn.

This lady was awesome. So was very nice and friendly and helpful. Kascina is Great. We were at US cellular down the street and they were not half as helpful. We got a now line and a free cellphone with a great plan.
