I didn't want to leave a star. I been going here for 11 years, man. I was shocked. I was trying to get my husband medication filled when i had a feeling it wasn't going to be good... Since Bittany left in April, the pharmacy has gone down.there are so many different people working there.. They are very rude and disrespectful. I told them I would wait for myhusband medication. They didn't like that,I was talking to a lady in line about it, and they told me to sit down and stop talking to people. I told her no thank you, because i been sitting all morning..she got made and told me she wasn't filling his medication. Really ,they refuse to fill a diabetic medication because I wouldn't sit down and stop talking. Very poor service..Go some where else you will have better service.

The pharmacist is very rude, i called to checked on a prescription Prior Authorization to see if he can fax it to my PCP office he went off on me stating " how many times do i have to tell you we can't fax the PA get a paper and pencil and write this information down" i informed him the paper still needed the pharmacy's signature and he started that was "false information" i went ahead and stated "I'm sorry you are having a bad day" he then replied with " you are making me have a bad day and you are giving me a headache" keep in mind this whole time he is yelling and getting out of line over a paper that is missing their information. Rx is on hold due to the pharmacy. CVS do better. I hope he keeps the same energy when someone pulls up on his ass !!!!

Don't go when a cashier named BRENDA is up front. Has a very rude tone of voice and isn't helpful at all. UPS delivered my package there and she literally would not look to see if my package was there even though I had all the info pulled up showing it was delivered there a few days prior. I could tell this visit was about to go south the way she mean mugged me before I even got to the counter. I was even super cheerful to her to try to change her attitude.

CVS pharmacy really needs to work on their customer service, Their rude attitude and and lack of assistance is a poor reflection on the overall performance of the store. I will not be recommending anyone to use this company again nor will I spend my money there again

I've been epileptic for almost 20 years now and if I don't have my medication I can have life-threatening seizures. My seizure medication is a very common medication and when I went to get my refill I was told by Summer that there wasn't any available and I would have to wait three days to get my prescription. If I had waited three days, I would've had a seizure and died. The pharmacist then told me that she couldn't find any other CVS that had my medication and that I would need to call 911. I knew that there had to be at least one CVS in the entire state of Oklahoma that had my very common medication and literally the first CVS I called had it. The pharmacist then made me jump through a ton of hoops just to get my prescription transferred to another CVS. In fact I had to have the pharmacist from the other CVS request my prescription to finally get it to go through. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy and I've been dealing with medication and pharmacies my entire 40 years on this planet. Summer should be fired. I could have died. Never go to the CVS at 100 S.Douglas Blvd.!

I called the pharmacist on Douglas and was told to call back and ask for Dasha, the pharmacist in charge. I called back and was on hold for 24 minutes to get Dasha, the same rude and unprofessional person who I spoke to. She said she still couldn't see it. And that I would have to call and speak to another pharmacist tomorrow and hung up on me, while I am waiting on my high blood pressure and anxiety medicine and experiencing even worse anxiety and blood pressure than before I went to the doctor today. I am now on hold with Connie at the Douglas pharmacy, who I have now spoken to 5x today, pleasant and helpful conversations. She had to put her head pharmacist on 3-way with the idiot in charge on 15th to explain to the Moran that they can see my ex, plus when I call I am notified that my rx is ready. Dasha hates her job. She answered the 1st time, today, "hello." And she sounded like she had been running a marathon and hateful. After Connie's shift ended she went to Douglas to pick up the medicine that Dasha told me wasn't there 2x and hung up on me, furthering my anxiety. ******DO NOT USE THE STORE ON SE 15TH. USE RHE EXTRA GAS AND GO TO DOUGLAS!!!****

On the corner of E. Reno & Douglas Blvd. Went into CVS for some water, happened onto 75% off some Halloween decor & back out to the best corner for the Veterans Day parade!! Nice store with so many handy things, to go snacks, Pharmacy, beauty products, photo department & general store. They're patient & helpful too.
