Oh my wordâŚif I wasnât forced to go here by my ins, I would go elsewhereâŚitâs always a nightmare at this location. I do not want to leave a message on a vmâŚI want to speak to a human. My meds are always out of stock, even when o get a message saying they are ready..itâs a wasted trip, I call EVERY SINGLE time they send me the âyour prescription is ready for pick upâ message..defeats the purpose all together. These folks need more help tooâŚthey are overworked and running around all over the place.

Today I had the worst experience with a Vietnamese pharmacist. I started off by apologizing for the system transferring me to her vs letting me leave a message. I explained I have an rx in Missouri that I need filled here. I just left er. I suffer with 2 autoimmune disorders and I'm having a huge flare. I was instructed to take more of this medication. I called to have this med transferred. She was not helpful. I asked to speak to someone else because she couldn't find the med on my extended profile. She stated she was the pharmacist. I said that don't mean nothing. It didn't. Someone else might have been able to see the medicine. We are all human. She proceeds to say she won't help me if I continue you to be rude. I wasnt being rude to her but she started off telling me what she couldn't do instead of trying to find solutions. I am a faithful and high spending customer unfortunately because of my conditions. And to treat me like I did something to her. She was very hostile from the beginning. And set the tone of our conversation. She has a lack of compassion. Being the pharmacist she should know what the medicine is for and see that I had others pending. Its such a shame. I've been going through and it's right there in front of her if she looked. But she was too busy telling me what she couldn't do. After picking up my current prescriptions that are ready I will start using another pharmacy.

I got here at 1:29 and was refused service while the pharmacist helped 2 different men. I was told that I have to wait until after lunch. I understand that I got here close to lunch time, but to watch a man help 2 other men, one of him came in after me, get help and then be refused help is beyond rude. I am an old woman whose prescription was already ready.

Just left this pharmacy and had the most unbelievable encounter with the rudest employee of my life. CVS really need to do customer service training with its employees

My transplant center sent a prescription on 4/16. I got a text that the medication was ordered on 4/16 and check back in 2 days. On 4/18 I get a text message that the medication was ordered and check back in 2 days. I looked at the app and it said ordered on 4/17. I called and the pharmacist said they had some in stock and it would be filled that day or the next at the latest. The next day I still hadnât heard anything and called late in the afternoon. The gentleman said it was in process and it would be ready perhaps within the hour, at least that evening. Now 9:24 and still not filled. I will pay them a visit tomorrow and if I ever get this medication, will change pharmacies. Iâm done! Update: I call this morning, 4/20 and am told they can have it in 1-2 hours. When I express my frustration, a gentlemen tells me that they have been behind which is no excuse for making stuff up. I switched pharmacies. Donât go here.

The woman checking us out at the drive thru window was very rude. She proceeded to lie insisting that all my children's insurance member ID numbers had been changed and cannot use any of them. However, insurance was processed on 2 children and not the 3rd without changing anything. Even with offering my child's CURRENT insurance card, she said she refused to take it and stated she could not use it. Threw my things into the basket, handed the basket to me and slammed the window. Did not appreciate her attitude.

Rude black guy and the pharmacy. I asked a question and literally yelled at me what kind of customer service is that? It was around 7:28 3-26-24 wearing a red shirt avoid him at all costs he's miserable
