My rx was called into the brick and morter pharmacy instead of the mail order pharmacy. I had questions because it was being filled differently. Bill, the pharmacist on duty, (12Feb2024) was rude. I didn't even get my question out before he hung up on me. I called back and he immediately hung up on me. I went in to pick up Rx and he was angry and making rude comments about people who called. I asked to have my Rx transferred to Caremark and he said he wouldn't do it. Rude, rude rude. I won't go back for a hangnail.

Never, ever, ever trust this pharmacy. Even the pharm manager cannot remember what he talked with the doc about, and obviously did not take notes. When my new pharm called to verify the prescription they sent, they told them the incorrect info (per my docs records + pmp) If you do use this pharmacy, make them take notes each time, go inside (don't use the app) + keep notes for yourself.This has nothing to do with the store itself.

I have a medicine discount card. Refilled a 90 suppy for $25 for a year. At the year end transferred this med to CVS because no supply at my pharmacy. I was told too early to refill by CVS. New year need a new card. Called with the new card info. CVS inputted the wrong id and the card would not work. Paid $69 for 30 day supply. Questioned the cost and called the card company.. Told to return to CVS so they can fix it. They refunded my money then had to charge me $69 again cause they could not fix what they did and told me my card did not work because of my AGE. Now sitting $138 less in my bank acct waiting on a refund for a $25 medicine. Trying to process this. Was it my age color health or incompentancy by CVs?

I didn't want to leave a star. I been going here for 11 years, man. I was shocked. I was trying to get my husband medication filled when i had a feeling it wasn't going to be good... Since Bittany left in April, the pharmacy has gone down.there are so many different people working there.. They are very rude and disrespectful. I told them I would wait for myhusband medication. They didn't like that,I was talking to a lady in line about it, and they told me to sit down and stop talking to people. I told her no thank you, because i been sitting all morning..she got made and told me she wasn't filling his medication. Really ,they refuse to fill a diabetic medication because I wouldn't sit down and stop talking. Very poor service..Go some where else you will have better service.

I called 7 minutes before they closed to see if they received my prescription and if I can pick it up. They didn't even hesitate and said yes! It's now 8pm and they're closing the register, when I just realized I'm supposed to have 2 prescriptions filled. They didn't have the second one, but it was my fault. I fixed the problem, right away they got it and filled it for me when they are trying to close. Outstanding. I wouldn't have gave them a hard time if they said I needed to come back tomorrow. Thank you for your kindness.

I bought a bottle of wine and the bag ripped as soon as I got home and smashed on the ground, my husband called them and asked if we could be reimbursed for it, and they said you got home so that wasn't our problem at that point. Don't go to that CVS because not only do they not know how to make sure their bags don't rip, but hey don't care if it does once you leave their store it isn't their problem. Even though it was their fault.

The woman gave me a hard time picking up medication we already prepaid. I have picked up medication many times here without an issue. The lady made a case out of picking up heart, water pills, and highblood sugar medications for my MIL like I do every month. Sorry noone is getting high on water pills. NON of the medications were controlled substances she was just on a power trip. I'm pretty sure the pharmacist would of laughed in her face if he was not overworked and annoyed with her already.

This pharmacy is the worst. My dog has to take phenobarbital for seizures and you can’t fill the prescription until you’re almost out because it’s a controlled substance. This is all fine but this CVS says they never get the prescription when the vet clearly faxes it over and receives confirmation that it’s sent. No one follows up if you call the pharmacy even if they say they’ll contact the Dr. Today, the pharmacy confirmed that ,”their fax only works 60% of the time and they have a new one she is supposed to try and fix.” Totally mismanaged and inconsiderate operation. Kept saying I would switch even though they’re conveniently located and now I have no choice. This isn’t the first time this has happened. It’s almost every time I have to fill the prescription. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially if you have to have your meds for yourself or a loved one.

Visited this CVS for their passport photo service. Aron (the manager) and her staff Amanda were very helpful. They were also very courteous and nice. It was such a different experience from the Walgreens (on Midwest Blvd); I think this CVS will have my business from now on. Will spend my money where the business appreciates their customers vs staff that treats you like you are a hassle and interruption to their day.

Daniel the manager and his pharmacy tech waited on 2 cars before I was served. It is 92 degrees. So my windows were up. He said he tells them to not service. I advised them I am calling corporate he then said I can't treaten him. I advised him its a promise I will call and report him. He transferred my prescription to Target without my permission. Because I told him I will report to cooperate. I absolutely did!
